Hey guys, thank you so much for all the love you guys gave me for this story, so here is the next part, I put in a lot of effort into this, I really hope you like it. And please forgive me for my mistakes and tell me about them because you'll be seeing a lot of my stories in the coming days😆. Well that's it for now😃
PART-2: PAPER LOVE.
"Uhh I can't believe we're stuck here" Anushka complained, she sat down and cupped her face with her palms.
Meanwhile, Sidhant checked the bathroom. "The hell! They have two toothbrushes , paste , soap , shampoo and bathrobes, Goel should have given us a TV too" he was surprised. It didn't make sense why would he kidnap us then provide us with facilities too.
"That's Weird, but I am not using the toothbrushes and the other stuff, what if they're already used that's disgusting" she said getting up,
"They are all sealed madam, or wait are you worried that the toothbrushes aren't Chanel or Victoria's Secret" he said sarcastically.
"Ha Ha very funny" She said giving him a stern look.
"Do you know how hard it is for me to talk to you?" he asked her.
"What? Why?" she asked him.
"With your morning breath the Sid of your dreams will also faint" he said grinning.
She walked past him, to the bathroom and started brushing her teeth. He joined her, they both brushed their teeth, freshened up a little and sat down. And they had absolutely nothing to do.
"When do you think we're going to get breakfast?" Anushka asked Sidhant, who was getting bored
"That guy Goel said two meals, we dont know which two meals" he told her.They were sitting idly for about 20 minutes straight.
Then they heard the sound of keys, someone was trying to open the door. It was the big fat guy(bfg), he brought breakfast. "Food!" he tossed it and locked the door and went outside.
Sidhant went towards the door, and put his ear on the door trying to listen to what they were saying,"Sidhant what are you.." Anushka was about to ask, he put his finger on his mouth and asked her to be quiet.
"How long do we have to keep these people here?" someone asked (lets call him 'A' for now).
"Sir said it'll take only about one more day to get what he wanted" another replied who sounded a lot like bfg.
"But I feel bad for Goel sir" 'A' said.
"Why?" bfg asked.
"You don't know? Sir never stooped this low, he's doing this for his son" 'A' told bfg.
To Sidhant's disappointment, their voices lowered, they were probably leaving."Damn it!" he said.
He went and sat next to Anushka, well breakfast was idli, which was also a disappointment for him.
"Wherever the Reddy family goes Idlis just happen to follow them" he said rolling his eyes. "And look at this thing, it's so watery and did they add like chilli powder to water" he said pushing it away. "Well it's rasam it's made out of tomatos, normally idli is served with Sambar but I dont know why they brought rasam, but whatever" she said taking a bite of the idli that she dipped in rasam.
"You better eat it, we dont know when the next meal is gonna come" she said stuffing a idli into his mouth.
"Heyyy!" he said with his mouth full. She couldn't help giggling , and the result to that she started coughing. He made her sip some water, "Thanks" she said wiping her mouth. She looked at him, the concern for he had for her was right there in his eyes, he might act all macho and like he doesn't care. But the truth is he did and the truth is he couldn't hide it.
"Hey did you hear what they were talking about" Anushka asked Sidhant who was eating the idli with so much of difficulty.
"Umm they said we might be out in a day, and they said something about Goel not being so bad" he told her.
She thought for a minute and said "Yeah actually he wasnt that before, I remember back when I was like 9 or 10 he used to come home pretty often, he was friends with Appa".
Sidhant and Anushka thought why? But then again you have a choice between doing something bad or not, it doesn't matter because a mistake is a mistake and kidnapping us was a mistake, giving him a benefit of the doubt would be wrong. They discussed this for a while, but then realised right now it didnt matter, they went back to sitting idle.
"Hey let's play a game" Sidhant asked Anushka, who was surprised considering the situation. "You must be thinking, we are kidnapped and we might just die and this idiot wants to play a game, I know" he said ,"Wow that was precise" she said thinking how well he happened to guess, but well anyone would.
"Come on, we're stuck here I agree, but why do we have to take this as the worst situation, just imagine we are just hanging out" he said waiting for her answer, "Hmmm, well we wouldn't hang out in a room like this but okay whatever" she answered,
"But what are we gonna play?" she asked him.
"Never have I ever" he replied giving a big smile.
"You cant be serious, what are we 16?" she said thinking how lame that was. But after some requesting she agreed. Sidhant asked her to start.
"Never have I ever got kidnapped, Oh wait I just did" she said sarcastically.
"Seriously, that isn't counted okay, go again" he said.
"Ohhkay, Well Never have I ever been in an auto" she said, surprising Sidhant.
"Are you serious? Like really serious? You've gotta be kidding me" he said, but looking at her face he realised it was true.
"Well actually that is possible I guess, Princess wouldve never have ever walked barefoot too" he said giggling.
"Actually I did walk barefoot so many times, whenever I go to the temple I do" she said, yeah that was reasonable and smart he thought to himself.
Now it was Sidhant's turn, "Never have I ever had more than two idlis" he said laughing, Anushka laughed too,
"You will eat more than 5 idlis when you taste it with Rao uncle's peanut chutney" she said. Sidhant said he would consider it the next time he visited.
They went on 'never have I ever done this ,did that, eaten this and drink that' they had a hearty laugh and so much of fun after so long , they forgot they were even kidnapped until,
Anushka said "Never have I ever kissed anyone" ,
Sidhant's face changed "Does Robbie ring a bell?' he said, she looked at him with utter discontent.
How can he even , how can he think like that, wait he never trusted me. A rush of thoughts went through her mind.
But she just grabbed some words to say,
"How can you even...?". Trying not to cry she looked at him sternly.
"How can I even what? huh? Make you admit the truth?" he said indignantly.
"You never believed me did you, I thought you were better than that" she said, her lower lip quivered ,she got up.
"Well I was, and I loved you and what did you do? break my heart" he said as his throat clenched.
"Well guess what, yours was paper love, it could be crushed with the smallest of misunderstandings, and well that thing you call love, you tore it yourself" she said.
Sidhant didn't say a word he just looked away.
"And guess what never have I ever 'loved' you Sidhant Sinha" she said with disappointment , and those words that she said directly went and pierced his heart and a tear left his eye.
She turned away and she couldn't hold it anymore tears escaped her eyes and trying to grasp her breath she said "There was never an 'ed' in the word, cause I 'love' you Sidhant, I really do, I take my every breath thinking about you and it hurts..." before she finished her sentence, he took her hand, she looked at him, he pulled her right towards him and cupped her face and kissed her.All he ever wanted was her to say those three words in the right phrase. And before Anushka even knew it, her dream did come true.
They slowly split and Sidhant put the strand of hair which was on her face around her ear and said
"I Love you Anushka and my every heartbeat takes your name".
