Why never IT jobs or MNCs?

I have always wondered that ITVs never show these kind of jobs.. almost always the jobs.. especially for the FLs will be in service industry(Hotel management.. event management.. catering.. teaching.. counseling.. house maid.. etc) or entertainment industry(singing.. dancing..drawing.. pottery... fashion.. journalism(yes.. it comes under entertainment.. at least for me) )

I am not saying that IT jobs and MNCs (or any kind of desk job) do not have racist mangers..(But it has way too much politics) but there is also much more chance for openness. These jobs make you interact with many people with different backgrounds and have a wider perspective...

If Dia was an IT exectutive then... most of her work would be...well boring desk-job.. (let's be honest) but she would be evaluated based on her performance.. and when interacting with foreign clients.. she could be much more confident about herself as there are people who know her based on only her work..

I think it’s more acceptable to have a woman showing off her outward persona side in Hindi tv serials. So a boring desk job wouldn’t show the audience (and hero) that she’s nurturing, kind, beautiful etc

I’m not saying this is good or the right thing, but it’s one of the reasons it happens

True.. And I don't know if this is the reason.. but the temporary type jobs are good excuse to not work after marriage(?)

Yes, that is also one fact, that you get to leave the job post marriage.
