Kulfi Kumar Bajewala the musical drama show which gave us the realistic journey of a daughter’s struggle in searching for her father will soon bid adieu to its loyal fans.

Yes, you heard it right!!

The show produced by Gul Khan and Nilanjana Purkayasstha will wrap up on 7 February, thus making way for Mahesh Bhatt and Guroudev Bhalla’s new show to take charge of the 7 PM slot on Star Plus.

Featuring the versatile actor Mohit Malik, the child sensations Aakriti Sharma and Myra Singh, Anjali Anand, Romanch Mehta, Pallavi Rao etc, the show achieved the impossible when the musical drama reached new heights of popularity and ratings when it was at its peak.

As they say, all good things need to come to an end, and so will the journey of Kulfi Kumar Bajewala.

The show suffered a huge blow recently when the channel decided to change its slot from the prime time 8.30 PM to 6.30 PM to accommodate Yehh Jadu Hai Jinn Ka, the Gul Khan show.

Recently, when Namah closed down, Kulfi Kumar Bajewala was moved to the 7 PM slot wherein it even saw a slight increase in rating.

But with Star Plus having a series of new lineups to take over, it seems that this beautiful journey will end.

We buzzed Producer Nilanjana Purkayasstha but did not get a response.

We reached out to the channel spokesperson but did not get revert.

I also read that the channel is in no mood to shut the show yjhjk...why wud it??? its doing soo well vth trp ..also it had topped the charts among all other shows...so why wud it end it...the show is also dubbed in malayalam too...dont know abt other languages...so i think the show is here to stay.
