Fake pregnancy is very possible especially from the way mahima is teying to trap rudra AND given rusha are trying to expose mahimam if they are close to exposign or she somehow finds out she will do anything to save her skin and stay in the gamr and theres no better way then a baby .. the khuranas wont wnt to loose or be away from their grandchild especially given being away from saransh for so long. Its possible shebplays that card and rusha have to expose yet anothrr lie.
