Has to be agrawal house ka tamasha... Everyone in the scene was so brilliant. The whole scene was so realistic... I could relate to it completely...well done CVsđ
Naina - scared to death. She knew that she had to face this reaction one day... and may be it played exactly how she would have imagined. Only thing was it happened a bit early and she was not prepared.
Preeti - She also knows thats how their family would behave or react when the truth came out... So not a surprise for her too. She could not see her sister getting beaten up and try to intervene but no use..
Rakesh - For him his pride is above all. First her daughter getting caught with a boy and that too someone he considers to be an awara and some one who takes pleasure in insulting him... I know people think he does not deserve a daughter like Naina but i think any loving dad from 90s who doesn't have progressive thinking like anand would behave the same way... I can imagine my own dad behaving the same in this situation some 20-25 years back..
Tauji - I could not understand his reaction well... He give Naina a chance to put his side.. May be he was thinking that she would deny having any relation with sameer out of family pressure like Arjun did. But he lost it when she owned it up. The words like "hum dono ek dusre se pyaar karte hai aur shaadi karna chahte hai" were enough for any strict elder of a family to loose his cool..
Taiji - She was waiting for this day from god knows how long... Finally she was proved right.. For all the taunts she threw at Bela anand and Naina were proved correct.. She has FB of meeting a neighbour and discussing sharad and she decides to get Naina hooked to Sharad again. For them Sharad is not a wrong choice because he misbehaved with chachaji as Chachaji was questioning his Mom... for them any good sanskari boy wouldn't listen anything against his parents... He slapped Naina in college.. For them a boy has right to slap his would be wife or wife if she does something wrong. So right now Naina is an asanskaari girl who has a chakkar with a boy of different caste.. So she must have done something wrong for which she was slapped.
Bela chachi - she is the one who feels most humiliated right now... It is her parvarish that is being questioned. It is her faith ad pride on her children which is shaken. She feels confused as her belief doesn't allow her to accept what naina did. At the same time she is shattered seeing her daughter being beaten up... Her trust in Naina is shattered..
Very apt portrayal of the scene...
