Are we still in the year 1993 in this show ?
I am sure that the Ganesh/Shankarji drinking milk incident happened in 1994 or later, since I was in a class 3 or higher (I reached in class 3 in 1994 May and this was the class when we were allotted our houses, and I remember clearly that I was already allotted a house and was wearing my house dress that day when I returned from school getting to know about it and headed towards the temple)

That was the first time I ever heard about something of this sort so if it would have happened a year back or even few years back, it wouldn't have been a new experience for me

I guess they just took that episode and brought it into the story since not many would remember this incident. I would have not remembered either if it were not for the fact that it was the day I was wearing the house dress

Does anyone else remember

True. But voice over said it was in 90s they never said 1993. I think they are trying to cover all incidents happened during that time. I clearly remember madness to rush to temple that time :).

So that it is a blooper since the show is in 1993 as of now and they are showing an episode which happened at least a year later

Yes I noticed that but they are highlighting year 1993 continuously, so this did seem as a blooper

Yes it's a big blooper. Don't know the logic behind showing a 1995 incident in 1993. Extreme creative liberty I suppose. This has been happening since a long time off and on.. but khair jane do !!😕 maaf kar dete hai

Thankyou for your reply.

I was actually confused about the year when this happened but was sure it happened after 93. It was once in a lifetime experience for 80% of the country's population, its strange that they took such a maha creative liberty. I guess they wanted to show this episode but 1995 wasn't an important year for Samaina so they preponed that by 2 years

But I dont understand earlier they had their dates so accurate, suddenly now we feel that accuracy is no longer being maintained.

If anyone remembers post 1990-'91 globalization/liberalization coke and Pepsi started penetrating into the soft drinks market. by 93, they had a higher market share than the local players like Gold Spot or Campa Cola even in smaller cities, but here even in a place like Ahmedabad, they are stuck in campa cola and Gold spot, no one seems to even try Pepsi or Coke

But yes Maaf to karna hi padega since we love this show

I love this show and its great, but the point is it was much better a year back, there were so much authenticity and so less bloopers, so it sometimes hurt now
