Agrawal is the name of our Agresan community. I dont know much but Bansal , Ansal , Kansal , garg, Goyal , Gupta come under AGresan community.

I just searched on Google and got this information

Aggrawal and Maheshwari have caste subcaste issues.

Maheswari s are originally Rajasthan based marwari...with surname maheswari somani etc...agarwal s are closed community so do not get married out side agarwal clan...so taiji said that we do not even go to maheswari s so how date u go to a christian...

There's this difference between marwari sub-castes

Maheshwaris, Agarwals, Oswals are what I remember

Maheshwaris hv a better lifestyle n status than Agarwals.. But even then, Agarwals marry Agarwals.. Maheshwaris marry Maheshwaris n Oswals marry Oswals

Agarwal, Maheshwari, Oswal aren't surnames, but they are used as surnames.. Like, Sameer is Maheshwari but that isn't his actual surname.. But they write Sameer Maheshwari as his name

Is not the same Taiji asking Sameer's Ristha for her relatives during Pooja shadi ??? 😕 sab faltu ka drama h sirf sitution ko complicated karne k liye..kal ko agar Maheshwari khandan s ristha aayega sab s phale Taiji hi ha karege😆

I'll not shock if mama-mami ll say in future "hum aggarwals m shadi nhi karte" 😆

Waise naina k pass aur option bhi h...Maheshwari nhi chachye somani use kar lena..Sameer Somani😎 ..problem solve 🤣

oh yeah, Taiji assured Sameer of rishta from her maika. Does that mean she is not Agarwal 😆. CVs ye dialogue shayad bhool gaye ya phir writer change ho gaya 😃

Its not out of blue or illogical what Taiji said. Its very much followed eve today and I have seen many Maheshwaris talking about Aggarwals in the same way as Taiji and claiming they don't marry each other.

Basically, Maheshwari and Aggarwal both are Marwaris and belong to Vaishya community. So they have the same cast. But there are many sub casts in this community. Maheswari and Aggarwal are two of major among them. That's why Taiji said, is specifically that we don't even go out of sub cast and Arjun thought of going out of religion. Sameer is Maheshwari and Naina is Aggarwal.

As as per Sameer being adopted by Nanaji, that stil doesnt make sameer not Maheshwari. Because Maheshwari cast people can have a different surname. Even Somani can be Maheshwaris and most probably they are. Those days it wasn't common to get married in another cast through arranged marriage.

Not blooper. Even Aggarwal (cast) people can have other surnames. Some choose Aggarwal surname and some other but their cast doesn't change.

Same with Maheshwari. Some Maheshwari cast people can have other surnames like Somani and some choose to retain Maheswari as surname.

People see cast in marriages not surname.

Maheshwari Somani nahi chalega toh sameer ke real dad ka surname bhi use kar sakti haii .. multiple options hai Taiji ke pas ... toh haa karni he padegi ... Kaunsa ladka itne surname ke options deta hai ?????
