I think as RD is comfortable with Ashi and Ayesha onset when no media is around but must be ignoring Ashi when around people or in party as he think linkup hojayega .

May be due to this he must have ignored Ashi in his birthday party because people will post picture on social media...

At same time he is taking picture with all other cast.

I think Ashi self-respect might got hurt due to his dual nature... and Ayesha might be angry as she is ashi's best friend..

I think nothing verbal might have happened but an unspoken war..

Also check when RD birthday was celebrated on set Ashe was standing away when cake was cut but then Sanjay bought her close to Randeep so they can feed cake to each other...

Ashi is like Naina if anyone ignores her she distance herself from that person.

This is my opinion.. No bashing please
