no she didnt...bcoz the kitchen scene says she wanted to make him cry buckets to do what he did today... so she doesnt know the reason nor heard them talking

I don't think she heard anything...

I have a feeling the money Naina lost sameer would have got and knowing that she will be in trouble at home ...Sam will come to agarwal house with money.
