I agree with all u r points but yesterday I read YT n insta comments n understood that both deepu n fandom r right at their part but way deepu handled IV was very bad.
1."Naina is Sameer's GF but hamare beech mein aisa kuch nehi" statement he used in wrong timing because media didn't asked him such questions.If he really want to clarify he should do in his personal live chat.In media portal if he makes such statements then it is obvious that young fans n some elder fans may loose interest.
With this 1 statement he want to prove that there is nothing special btw them but "It spread in a way that he really has no interest in her n they r not even good friends"
2.When asked about best thing about costar then in d fear of getting linked up he didn't openly praised.That made him ppl understand he is rude.Earlier he did praise her n he would have repeated d same statements then no one would doubt about him .
3.When they asked to wish ashi for exams he included n everyone while wishing that what pissed off fans because it was a normal thing he would have just say all f best ashi then no one would think him rude
4When asked about weird thing he normally expressed his view which was sweet but Ashi's statement "1 weird thing hai lemon mein bataungi nehi kyun ki mein nehi chahti hun ki aap notice na kare" this statment really made deepu compare with ashi n spell ashi is so sweet n zero percent egoistic even though Randeep is so sweet.
In short Randeep is very sweet n good from heart bit his way of handling things always lands him in trouble. With this 1 IV he lost so many fans.Damge is too high that "an agar vo khud ashi ke saath pic dalga with #friends tagline" ppl won't believe him.Ppl wanted a fun segment but he made it a clarification segment that is d main reason some of his fans were pissed off
I only wish that after this incident he'll stop trying to hide things Because of these issues ppl r not able to see his struggle n hardwork

When I watched the IV, the 2nd n 3rd points you mentioned stood out for me! Naming one good thing abt your co star shldnt be so difficult.. especially when you have done that before.. also like many mentioned, it was rude to not have a single eye contact with someone who you sharing the interview with.. 2 full segments and absolutely no acknowledgement for the person sitting next to you..
However I wasn't too surprised by his Humare beech aise kuch nahi remake.. seemed natural to come from a guy who is always trying to hard to hide things! 😆 bechara his soul is probably too confused right now.. let's give him some air to breathe.. hopefully will have learnt a thing or two aft this IV 😊
