One thing is very clear. The writers have messed up big time with the timeline. May be SHashi Mittal was busy with other projects and there is noone in the writing team who went to school/college in the early 90s. And now they must have trolled the forum. Thanks to Minu and Zulu's daily blooper thread, Nivi our rantings on your thread and also Laizu's thread, the writers are trying to rectify some of it. I appreciate their efforts. But they need to realise that this is a drama set in an era gone by. They need to be careful with some of the basic stuff.

For example, why is Sameer still at home when Deepika and Rohan are at school? Surely that school is open. And as per Somanis and Sam himself, his admission is done. So why is he at home?

If small characters like Keshav and Kamya and even bet boys can have lines, why can't Rohan will lines?

Vishakha had mentioned Rohan is light sleeper. Then why is Rohan not listening when Sam is talking to Amrita and Naina?

Sam and Rohan are roomies and the only question Sam asks him is about using the bathroom? That too only one day?

Why are the bet boys in school? Sure, they can come to get their certificates and photoes. But what are they doing in the classroom? Once I passed from my school, when I visited my school it was never in school uniform. And no, we were not allowed to go to the classrooms without permission. PVKM mein koi rules nahin hai kya? What kind of school is it which has jsut one full time teacher and one full time librarian and all other teachers are Mr. India? Why does the librarian get more importance than teachers?

What is the point of mundit's forced fight? I really don't buy the excuse that it is because Sam has left. Why did Naina not stop the fight? Where is Swati? Why did she not stop them? In fact HImmat bhi gayab rehta hai...

What I liked about the episode😊

Sam taking responsibility of dropping Deepika...So Sam and Daadi playing emotional chess now.😆

I was perhaps the only one...and may one more person..I don't remember who...had said Somani as a person is not bad. He likes discipline. He does not resent sam because he is sautela. He resents San when Sam does somethiing wrong or Somani feels Sam has done something wrong. Somani has no idea that Daadi Somani is so cunning. It will be good if Sam uses his brain like he did today and beats daadi at her own game.

Sam suddenly gone astray is forced. They could have shown Sam becoming mawali long time back...at this juncture when sam has matured a lot, they are taking him backwards...CVs are trying to make Sam a "damsel in distress". I do appreciate the conflicted mind of Sam. But as I said, the track is misplaced as per my view.

based on spoiler pictures, I think Sam will either do something bad...or may be he will try to do the right thing and will get caught anyways...

Daadi will definitely try to use it...but I have a feeling the police might side with Sam and tell the truth. Otherwise, how can Sam be in that school? Somani woul dhave asked him to leave .

Some things that are not changing at all :

Swath-Munna - he addressing her as Pandit and her 1 liner "shakal dekhi hai apni

Shefjun: their story stopped with few ishaaras here and there.

Daadi (Kitu) acting and dialogue delivery

Rohan: always hugging Mom, sleeping very well in the room while Sameer is on the phone with Naina, tossing and turning restlessly in bed (and he is light sleeper!), mutely watching/observing everyone.

Ok episode today.

Very smartly Sameer beat Daadi to her game with an unexpected bonus from Somani who seemed impressed with Sameer. Cute scene of Deepika and Sameer. Vishakha bhi Khush !

But Sameer's indirect taunt that he is so responsible now and he can drop Deepika everyday to school etc will soon go into reverse gear I feel.

He is slowly getting sucked into the activities of his new found friends. Liked how his conscience is pricking him, yet his mind is getting swayed the other way. It takes 1 head turn to deviate from your goal and again it only takes 1 head turn the other way to come back to realization. Waiting to see what that 1jhatka will be for Sameer's turning point.

Yes agree, Naina's nightmare about Sameer in a dark place screaming of help is more about his inner emptyness and everything else that is bottled up within. Will Naina understand that or will Sameer share that with her?

Shanthi ma'am ka lecture tomorrow and later she will be helpful in Naina going to Delhi maybe ? At least I hope that's why teacher finding out now is happening. Warna as you said Naina has grown out of the extreme mooning phase.

Bet boys being in school made no sense. As such M and P were already at loggerheads and and are getting physical. And in Delhi their budddy is also getting physical. I guess whey want to show how teenagers get carried away in their josh' if they have no support. M and P will forgive and forget with Naina's intervention but Sameer ?

the card fight between MunDit.. there could have been better ways to show them deal with separation from Sameer. When Naina was crying remembering Sameer they tried to cheer her up.. I hope this fight which has escalated she is able to solve or atleast make an effort in solving. Is that why this fight is shown ?

The episode felt like some random puzzle pieces being forcibly joined.

Firstly I liked how Sameer volunteered to drop Deepika. He genuinely tried to be responsible. Vishaka was happy and Bobby too looked happy and he even promised him a new bike. Kitu was speechless 😆

Deepika tickling Sameer was so cute.

And that brought the end of logic in the episode for me.

From there every scene looked forced and artificial.

If Deepika has already started her academic year, why is Sameer sitting at home? 12th graders usually start off early and have special classes etc.

I can still agree about how Sameer got sucked into the company of the bad guys.

But later nothing made sense.

Bobby said that Rohan had gone somewhere for some competition and he was right there sleeping in the night.

That Rohit guy has like the most stupid role in the serial, either hugging Vishaka or sleeping at night.

No dialogue, no opinion, no bonding, nothing.

Why are the bet boys at school? Shouldn't they be in college now? Who comes back wearing their old uniforms to take some photos. That is the most ridiculous reason I have ever heard.

And why are they still being assholes?

This is the main reason why I was so upset when Nanu was killed off suddenly and Sameer was shipped off to Delhi in the blink of an eye.

I wanted Naina to give an earful to the bet boys before they left PVKM.

Munna and Pandit's fight and the reasons for it is really beyond my understanding.

Shanti teacher finding the love letter also may turn out to be another blooper.

Also Naina wrote in some heart shaped paper right. This was some pink rectangular paper.

So many bloopers and loop holes.

I liked the opening scene with Naina and MunDit. And Sameer and Deepika together are too cute. 😛

Another scene that was well done was the library scene. The parents of the boy who got caught with the letter were funny. 😆. And Naina's VO regarding Sridevi was a nice little tribute. 👏

I agree with you regarding Naina's dream - I found it convincing - her concern for Sameer, along with his VO regarding his state of mind was well put together.

The scene that kind of ruined the episode for me was the one with the bet boys. I found their contribution in MunDit's fight to be completely random and unnecessary. 😕 It was a waste of screen time IMO.

I am hoping that this phase of SaMunDit, where all three of them seem to be lost without one another, is resolved in this week itself. I won't be able to take weeks of this mawaali gang and their antics. After that, I hope their is better progress in the Delhi track.
