The only thing which could heal a teenager who just lost his support system "Nanu" is Naina. But they snatched the opportunity to talk with her too. As long as Arpita is there he will be connected to Naina. But after that ...just think what can happen to a boy at his age. No one talks with him. He has to sleep like a thief, scolded during dinner and launch and breakfast. High pressure of expectation. Humiliation everyday. He knows no one cares about him here.
I don't think this part is unnecessary. In this kind of situation boys at his age often do this. They go for drugs, violence and crimes.
I would be surprised if they showed sugary love stories. It's based on a true event. In real life aisa hi hota hai. If this wouldn't happen Sameer would look suspicious...is he really a boy or something is wrong with his...manliness/manhood. Because boys at his age at this kind of situation usually do those.
So, no I am not surprised. In fact it looked so real. As I know boys like him in real life. I've worked with boys like him. They all had the same story. No one cares at home so chalo destroy everything including themselves.
It is shocking for me too. I never wanted to see Sameer suffer like this. I guess next week will be pathetic to watch. 😭 😭

Why destroy a character that we saw them build it to a large extant...his growth from the bet face till the Delhi track is amazing...now he is going to be 18 which means he has clarity in his thought...so I think its done to make Naina's character look better...probably now Naina will try to get him back...I have never understood why the CVs have to destroy one character to build other one...This is done in almost all serials... 😡

exactly... Even when he was angry with Naina and was hell bent on taking revenge on her, he still respected her... In fact he was always shown as having principles... No cheating was one of them... Then during mt. Abu he protected naina's reputation by taking all the blame on himself... These things happened before his realization and redemption... This inbuilt goodness in him was what made us love him.. These kind of changes at this point makes no sense... May be as u said, it is to make naina look good.

This is the difference between past and present. With that Sameer is growing up to be a man. But there's no one to hold his hand and say...it's alright, try again like Nanu used to do. 😭

As a kid he was at a residential school...no Nanu...and at residential schools you wont be allowed to come home regularly...so he has been alone for a long time...and the character growth from bet to delhi has been amazing...such a man wouldn't get destroyed this way...not teasing women and playing cards...If he had lost Naina then I would have agreed...abt this attitude...he has her ...so somehow cant accept this change in behavior.

He never misbehaved with her even on the name of revenge and bet...in fact took the blame on himself to save her image...and its not that Naina has left /ditched him...she is still loves him madly...so why this distruction of a character that they beautifully created??

When he was in hostel he was a kid. He was naughty, bad student that's it. He couldn't do much because there was no freedom for him. Uparse whole day tauna marne ke liyeh Dadi nehi thi. Boby+Bishaka used to visit him in hostel sometimes that's it. But now he is 18. Big boy. No father figure over his head and mom is always" change yourself and try to tolerate...so that I can live happy with my new hubby and kids." How long an 18yr old boy can take this? He has bad frnds...no good student make frnd with a bad student like him. Remember how Dadi introduced Sameer to her Kitty frnds..."Bishaka ki koi rishtedar." Sameer is the son of Bishaka...just think what will he face in school. Rohan ki mommy ki koi door ki rishtedaar ki beta living under the mercy of Somani.

How long a boy can tolerate this kind of behavior?
It's not his fault. It's his mom's fault. Marry again...but marry a human being , not a donkey like Bobby who has a witch mom like Dadi.
