Sorry, but I used to get report card for every unit test. My school used to have one report card and they would mark all the unit test and exam marks in it... this would be sent home for parent's signature after every unit test result was announced.

Ok so may be some schools including pvkm gives report card for unit test... But in the first episode they gave the actual paper to be signed. And now report card??

Yeah he is not a bad actor just stuck in a bad role. And yes that would be nice if he can be a good brother and accepts their relationship and also helps them.
