Though I did not like the way the show started (chewing gum stuck on the girl's hair and getting it cut off ) I started liking the recent episodes of the show.
Extremely sad when Sameer's grandpa died which complicated matters further for Sameer.

Do not know whether the kids at Sameer's mother and stepfather's place are the stepfather's kids.

Vishaka lost her husband (?) i.e Sameer's father and remarried the stepfather ( I am guessing)

She is well off meaning her father was rich so she got a new marriage new husband and new life.

Additionally she got new mom in law and new step children.

And she could not keep Sameer with her because of circumstances. This also happens in indian households.

While progressive thinking means a woman remarries (during the nineties) she still has problems keeping her own child through first marriage in her new husband's house.

She has no say in matters regarding her child from first marriage.

Marriage works both ways. Even the stepfather gets a wife do not know if he was a widower or not. That's all.

But fact remains that Sameer's mom has no say in the house and cannot put her foot down when Sameer gets insulted or bullied.

Stepfather is unrelenting and unsympathetic.

I have a question.

Where was the necessity for Vishaka to get married at the cost of her first son?

What does she gain out of this marriage?

She is but a glorified slave. Slave to her second mother in law.

I am really irritated by her behaviour. and Sad .

that is why we are awaiting how CVs reveal her backstory in coming days... at present the motives behind leaving her son all alone and settling into new life does not go well... so we need to see what makes Vishakha a good step mom but a mom... lets wait how the story progresses

Yes this qyesques is important... Why she get married when her husband hadn't accept her son. She was getting married to give Sameer love of father. Why she got married.
But the acting skills of somani is not less, they are not saying directly that they don't like Sameer presence... How much I already hate dadi...

Exactly...she is nothing but a slave in her new marriage. It is better to stay single/widow than living a life like a slave when she had a rich father. Keya shaddi karna itna jaroori tha? That you have to make a child orphan forever? 😡 Wobhi aisa admi se who's mom is abnormal( pagol) and who is a two faced jerk.
Was this an idea of Nanaji or Somani was Bishaka's choice? I mean really? 😲
So waiting for an answer...why did you marry Bishaka?

Vishaka is a hopeless mom. Don't know what kind of mom she is. She does not have feeling for her son when he is getting insulted so many times. For a teenager it is very difficult for sameer to bear all that nonsense. It is his self respect . Pity sameer to have a mom like her.

I understand that and I am waiting for the story.

The other kids Rohan and the girl are almost as old as Sameer or close so I am wondering if they are Vishaka's kids.

If they are has she been away from Sameer that long?

If they are not her own kids why did she not insist that she kept Sameer with her when she has been looking after her step kids so lovingly?

If she could not insist that she kept Sameer with her and she had to look after the other two kids was she compelled into looking after these two while she could not bring Sameer into her new family?

Ok even if there is no explanation for the mother to stay away from Sameer except probably he was a problem kid who ran away from the hostel (again why was he in the hostel in the first place? )
even so now that he is here why cannot she put her foot down and speak up when Sameer was called a guest or when the girl child pricks him with a fork?

Why could she not insist on a separate room for Sameer when her own father is so rich ?

She is not so poor that she has to "work" as a stepmom for two kids and "wife" for the new husband?

May be it is the nineties still one has rights.

Vishaka is speechless when Rohan is digged at by Dadi.

For God's sake why is Vishaka so afraid of her husband and mom in law?

And I am disgusted when she goes on stroking Rohan lovingly when Sameer gets insulted by dadi.
was this display of "affection" necessary?

Isn't it disgusting when they go on praising one kid when they speak ill of the other kid?

Poor Vishaka if she fell so hopelessly in "love" with the new husband was she so "hopeless" that she agreed to leave her own kid in the hostel when she had to look after her step kids for her new husband (because it does not seem possible to me that the new hubby guy would accept Vishaka without some kind of gain).

In foreign countries this one act would be a deal breaker for the second marriage if husband insists the step mom looks after his kids from first marriage when the wife has to leave her own kid in the hostel.

It can be "love marriage" for second marriage or "no love"

What kind of "love" is that between a man and woman when she is not allowed to bring her own kid when she has to look after hubby's kids through first marriage.

Such a thing does not even happen when she is penniless and is on the roads.

In this case Dadaji seems to be rich. and she is like spineless slave in her second hubby's home.
