Does CV's realize that earlier the crimes were done with adults like poisoning Raman etc but now Simmi is being shown to do all this with a just born baby.

Whatever her expressions are currently -- that she is feeling bad while doing all this, the fact is she is doing it and she is not a child nor is in some pressure to do things.
