I think they will do the latter which you have said. The baby will address ishra as parents or Romi / Mihika as parents. CV's must be missing small kids whom they can keep on set whole day unlike big kids like Ruhanika who cannot shoot for all 7 days due to schoo and since this show is all about small kids parenting, so small kid has to be there. 😆
