She is aware of Simmi and her cruel acts and that is why she is shown to be smirking to whatever Simmi does and says and when Raman condemns her. Now she has no doubts on Simmi and does not bother to check with Ishita also.😕

Leave alone Alia, Ruhi definitely knows that Raman is being given wrong medicines despite Ishita interchanging it in Budapest. Ruhi was the one who brought her the pills. She knows that Simmi is giving the wrong medicines to Raman. Even then she was not bothered even when Simmi forced him to take medicines after Raman warned Simmi and Param in office. Ruhi was the one who witnessed how Pihu was abused and ill-treated in front of her and Ruhi is 21 years old. She can clearly understand what Simmi was talking to them after Ishita's death about people should not take Ishita's name in the house etc. So if she even cares for her father or sister, she would have went behind Simmi yesterday or atleast checked with Ishita on what to do with his father's medicines. But no, she did not. So it is not a loophole as far as Ruhi, Alia are concerned. Adi does not care about it all. Romi is busy with his own life and sorting problems with Mihika. It is not that these people trust Simmi or could not imagine Simmi could do all this.It is because these people hardly care for Raman or Pihu or for the fact that Simmi is preventing Ishita from entering the house. If they cannot stand up for their mother,along with their mother to save their father and sister, then Simmi cannot be entirely blamed in all this and these people can be excused with the fact that they can never expect Simmi to be so evil.
