I have seen my parents fight and have listen my parents telling each other in othe different occasion it's better if u die or it would be good if u die.so for me raman telling his wife ishita about better she dead was somewhat digestable for me but not raman saying his investor u better be dead.
As my parents never wish bad even for their enemy until very critical situation.and saying someone to be dead I never heard this type of wish in my family.i know it's fictional and we should not worry much but it's hard when u connect to a character and then they flip and u feel like chaated I was not this much angry on raman after his drama after 1st leap as his condition I understand he was in gulit for 7yrs and in pain and ishita inspite of being alive not come back.so his reaction was for that.but this character potrayal of raman as a abusive human being I can't tolerate.sorry if I m spreading negativity.

Hmm I get you ..but today's scene happened also because ishita pressed him for an answer ...he actually walked away and she literally pulled him back saying he was running away ...and asked him why he saved her etc...only you realized I am alive etc..
So it wasn't a random stranger..i saw the scene as an extension of the actual walking away..when she questioned him .he retorted by saying..i wished I didn't save you...when she said you don't feel anything deeper ..he defended by saying no i don't..i hate you..simple running away..
..we say very ugly things in fight a with friends and colleagues too...and the worst we reserve for someone we think we can trust who then backstabs you by insulting you ...that's the vibe I got from the whole scene..
The dialogues were wrong and very harsh..but the sentiment was not that of a spouse and a man- woman in love..like post leap..here it was that of someone who I respected and trusted but now doesn't leave a chance to hurt me.. ...and while the right reaction was to walk away ..which he did ...ishita actually confronted him..and he reacted ...
So it wasn't in as much bad taste as the post leap one..there he said that genuinely to hurt her cos he was angry and jealous...here he had reasons for his anger from.someine he once respected...
That said ...the words were ridiculous.. .but then if we are tolerating a lot of Crap since a month in the name of drama..insulting therapy and weird scenarios..then this scene didn't seem too out of place...the scene..not the words 🥱 ...esp how he reacted at the end of the scene...i actually loved ishita in the scene...this is the approach I had been waiting for since Budapest ended...
