Ruhi's actions doesn't seem like she's hurt with her parents' dhoka but clearly shows her ego.

I think today Ramans dialogue timing make it look like he is scolding ruhi for blaming shagun and not for ishita but wat to do ruhi have to blame all 3 in one dialogue and as per her preference level in her life ishima come 1st so blaming also 1st for ishima and then shagun.
