Ishita get shattered to know raman condition she keep on crying thinking about him. Ishita plead raman to be brave & fine as he is very important for her & everyone. Ishita worried to know that raman bp is high she plead the doctor the did the operation immediately. Ishita call simmi she told her friend about raman condition she even manage to call mihir he shock & told her to be strong as he will reach her soon. Ishita feel lonelynees as no one is with her she get emotional to see amma appa at the moment. Amma appa try to comfort ishita while amma feel bad to see her daughter condition amma is hurt with appa word. Mihir reach ishita simmi romi get emotional knowing their bhai stage.
