Ishita reached the temple with her mama -mami and saw the place was beautifully decorated with flowers and lights.
Mami -I must say this man is something, itni jaldi itna saara arrangement kar diya. Ishita is very lucky to get him. Warna kabhi socha tha iss pagli ki shaadi itne dhoom dham se hogi. She said looking around when ishita made a puppy face and said -mama, pagli bola.
Mama hide her in himself and told his wife not to call ishita mad. She gave a whatever look and walked inside. Raman came to welcome them, ishita smiled widely seeing him. He was wearing a peach colour sherwani with lightest shade of pink duppata and pagdi, looking very handsome with little stubble. Ishita was mesmerized seeing him and said -raman toh bilkul Rajkumar lagte hai,mere Rajkumar. She said and hide her face in her palm blushing and smiling widely.
Mami made a dirty face seeing this and said -walk properly, khabardaar joh kisi ko pata chalne diya that u r mad. Ekdum chup rehna, warna yaad hai naa, Raman will. She paused glaring ishita, ishita got scared and said -main kuch nahi bolungi.
Mami -good, now let's go. She said and was taking ishita inside while Raman came and said -glad u people came on time, shaadi ka muhurat nikal raha hai. He said and went to ishita, he forwarded his hand to her and look at her. She looked at his hand and then his face, he signalled her to hold his hand. She smiled and hold his hand while he hold her hand more firmly.
He took her inside telling her mama-mami to come fast.
Mama looked at ishra and thought -dono saath mein kitne achche lag rahe hai, meri ishu toh bahut sundar hai hi. Bas thoda saa dimaag, hey Murugan, meri bachchi ko khush rakhna. Akka ke marne ke baad main isse ghar toh le aaya tha, par kabhi ghar ka mauhaul aur gharwalon ka pyaar nahi de saka. I just hope she get all this in her new home. He closed his eyes and prayed while Ishra sat together for taking nuptial vows.
Pandit ji start chanting mantras while Ishra were sitting folding their hands. Ishita was looking down while Raman was busy in admiring her. She was looking like a epitome of beauty in the bridal attire.
Raman -yeh kitni sundar hai, isse toh koi bhi pyaar kar lega but I am the lucky one to get her. He thought and smirked proudly.
Raman was lost in thought when pandit ji told ishra to got up and took pheras around the sacred fire. Raman look at ishita who was sitting silently looking down. He smiled seeing her looking so pure and innocent. Raman got up for the pheras and seeing him mami made ishita got up too but she couldn't balance herself and was about to fall when raman hold her by waist and pulled her to him. She landed on his chest and look at him, he too look at her and said -tumhe girne nahi dunga.
Ishita smiled and said -main khadi nahi ho paa rahi. Pair mein gudgudi ho rahi hai.
Mami-woh itni der se baithi thi naa, that's why. Don't worry, she will be fine soon.
Raman -no need, even if she is not fine, I am here to take care of her. He said and picked ishita in his arms and start taking pheras around the fire while mama closed his eyes seeing this and thought-i really wish, joh tumne kaha usse nibhao. Meri ishu thik nahi hai but tum phir bhi uska dhyaan do. usse pyaar karo ,she needs love and care Raman. He thought and prayed again for Ishita's well being.
Ishra were taking pheras around the fire looking at each other. When pandit ji told raman to put her down as from fourth she has to come forward.
Raman -but she is not able to walk, he was saying when ishita said-now I can walk, put me down.
Raman nodded and put her down. Ishita start walking infront of him while pandit ji was describing the importance of every phera and the promise they r taking with each phera.
Raman -i will always keep u happy, chahe dukh ho ya sukh, will never leave ur hand. He was taking vow to himself holding ishita's hand firmly.
Then pandit ji made them sit and called Ishita's parent for doing kanyadaan. Mama came in front and said -i will do hef kanyadaan as her parent died long back.
Raman felt bad hearing this while Ishita's eyes got moist hearing this. She began to cry when raman wiped her tears and said -why u r crying, mummy papa nahi hai toh kya hua, main toh hoon naa, to take care of u.
Ishita smiled hearing his consolation while mama tok smiled and thought that now may be ishita will get her share of happiness. Mama did her kanyadaan and gave her hand to Raman which he held firmly. After that pandit ji told him to fill her partition which he did, he filled her partition and she closed her eyes feeling his touch. Then pandit ji gave him the mangalsutra and raman tied it around her neck.
Pandit ji- now the marriage is over, u r now husband and wife. Go and take blessings from ur elders.
Raman -we don't have any elder. Mere maa papa zinda nahi hai, aur naa hi iske. Aur joh yeh relatives khade hai, they r just greedy people. We don't want blessings from them. Aap hume ashirwaad dijiye and let us go. He said in attitude while mami said making a face -iss pagli ko mujhe waiss bhi koi ashirwaad nahi dena. Chalo ji, yahan hamari koi kadar nahi. Saying so she went out of the place while mama went to Raman and said -i know u think me as greedy, aur tum galat bhi nahi ho. Issliye kuch nahi kahunga, bas itna kahunga ki meri bachchi, bahut innocent hai aur isne bahut dukh dekhe hai ab isse aur dukh mat dena.usse hamesha khush rakhna. Tumne usse apni marzi se shaadi ki hai, aur ab woh tumhari zimmedaari hai. Iss baat ko hamesha yaad rakhna. He said and pecked Ishita's temple softly while she start crying hugging him realising that he will go leaving her.
Mama broke the hug and said -mat ro meri bachchi, hamesha khush rehna. Saying so he turned to go but ishita hold his hand and said -mamu mamu, ishu ko chod kar mat jao, ishu ko mat chodo, mamu mamu. She was saying and crying while he continued walking not able to take her cry. While she shrugged Raman's hand and running to her mama but raman hold her and said -ishita, let them go. Now u r my wife, tum mere saath mere ghar chalogi. He said cupping her face while she was go on crying without listening to him. Raman felt weird with her behaviour but then thought it may be because her relative went. He hugged her tight and start consoling her. She was crying bitterly but soon her hiccups lessen feeling his warmth. Raman pecked her temple and said -ghar chalen.
Ishita nodded snuggled into him. He picked her in his arms and took her out of the temple telling his secretary to settle everyone's account.
Raman took her to his BMW and made her sit. He settled on the wheel and start driving while she was just sitting keeping her head on his shoulder. He was driving the car looking at her every now and then while ishita was feeling happy to be with him.
On the other hand, mama -mami reached home and mami start packing their things.
Mama -what r u doing??
Mami -kya kar rahi hoon, packing kar rahi hoon. Taaki hum log bhaag paayen isse pehle ki uss raman ko ishita ko sachchai pata chal jaaye aur woh musibat phir se hamare sar aa jaaye. I want to go away from here, woh saare paise le kar.
Mama-how can we do this, jab tak hum ishita ko uske saath khush naa dekh le, how can we go. We will not go anywhere.
Mami -bakwaas bandh karo ,I don't know about u but I am going. Aur agar tumhe mujhse aur mere bachchon se zara bhi pyaar hai toh tumhe bhi aana hoga mere saath.
Mama -but ishita, he was saying when mami cut him and said -bhagwaan ke liye ab uss pagal ka naam mat lo. Chalo yahan se,she said and packed all the necessary things and within few hours they were in Railway Station to leave the city forever.
