I agree with dt .. In this situation ishra romance wud look weired so I m ok with it for pihu k liye bcs they love each other we know so its not fake .. atleast we r getting that's matters .. My POV

It may be memory loss track but not like kkb where abhi forgot his marriage. Here it will be different. May be ishita does not remember anything except she is married to raman for ruhi ke liye and assume pihu as ruhi.
