Soon ishita was shifted to ICU,mihir told Raman they will do the rest but he was standing there instructing everyone not to make any mistake. All were more then alert as there was no chance of any mistake.they shift her on the ICU bed connecting the life supporting system while raman just sit beside her talking her palm in his .he kissed her palm and start crying bitterly and loudly like pouring all the pain he went through in operating her.all got worried hearing his CTY and ran to the room only to see him adjusting in the little space beside her and crying bitterly.
All eyes turn moist seeing their sadu Kumar like this.he was scared and horrified beyond words.he was hugging her tight and crying.
Mihir don't have a heart to disturb him but went to Raman and said- doc,u r disturbing the pateint.
Raman raise his head only to see mihir crying.
Mihir- please doc,let her rest.
Raman- she is resting only.she is resting in my arms.she is my doll.she can't live without me.mujhe rehna hoga iske paas tab hi iski saans mein saans rahegi.don't disturb us,I don't want anyone here.everyone please go and let my doll rest.he said wiping his tears.
Everyone went back while he close his eyes hugging her tight.he rested his head on her shoulder and slept.after two hours,mihika came to check her BP and saw them sleeping .she just turn and went as she knows ishita has someone who is more caring then anyone and everyone.
After an hour ,Raman wake up and checked her thoroughly. Give her injection,connect IV to her and start waiting for her to gain consciousness. Vandu and Bala were also waiting for ishita to wake up.his mother went back to Chennai and wanna take them along but Bala denied saying that they will not go leaving ishita alone.
After about ten hours,ishita's hand move a bit.Raman who was sitting beside her holding her hand ,got up sensing her moving her hand .he got up and checked her.
Raman- doll.
Ishita slowly open her eyes and said in a very low tone- Raman.
Raman's eyes got teary hearing her voice after almost after 16 hours.he took her in hug and said- u scared the shit out of me doll.thank God u r OK.he said kissing her forehead.

Raman- meri jaan nikal di magar lecture dena nahi choda.
Ishita- sirf lecture nahi deti ,shock bhi deti hoon.
Raman- thappad maarungaa,agar aisa shock diya toh.u know I was dead without u.

Raman captured her lips and start kissing her softly and gently.she closed her eyes enjoying his kiss while he closed his eyes feeling contented having her in his arms safe and sound.
Raman broke the kiss and make her lay down.he checked her and said- now ur heart is working fine.
Ishita- jis dil pe top cardiologist Raman bhalla ka naam likha ho usse toh thik se dhadkana hi hoga.
Raman- don't talk just rest.
Ishita- ek baar has dijiye Raman.ur doll is safe and sound in ur arms.
Raman smiled meekly.

Ishita- akka aayin hai.call her naa.Raman nodded and was going out but came back and kissed her forehead again and went to call everyone.soon all came in and met ishita.ishita cries hugging vandu when Raman said- don't cry it will stretch ur stitches.
Vandu wiped her tears and said- naa kanna,don't cry .see we all r here.

Vandu- kaise nahi aati,meri ishu ki shaadi.I board the flight when Bala told me about it and when I reached here mihika informed about this accident. At first I was scared but then I realised why to fear when u have ur Raman with u.he will take care of u and ur heart.but what happened with subbu.
Mihir- he got arrested. Woh toh pehle se custody mein tha but now he got paid for his sins.
Vandu- matlab.
Mihir- he got paralysed as his injuries were too deep .his lower body got paralysed and he couldn't even talk now.
Vandu- he got punished for his sins.maut se bhi badtar saza milli hai.now get well soon ishu,then we will arrange a huge marriage ceremony for u and Raman.
Ishita nodded and vandu kissed her forehead- sorry Betu for leaving u alone like this,par mujhme himmat nahi thi amma ke khilaaf khade hone ki.aaj jab tumhe aise dekha mere sabr ka baandh toot gaya and I stood for u.

Raman- I think u should rest now.everyone please disperse.
Everyone met her and left the room.Raman lay beside her and start patting her forehead lovingly.soon ishita was in deep slumber.ran kissed her forehead for the nth time.
Time start passing and finally ishita got discharged after two weeks.Raman was with her every second keeping a record of her every movement.
Vandu and Bala started preparations for ishra wedding while raman was very much busy in taking care of his doll.ishita was the happiest soul as she got her love and family together.
Finally the day came and ishra got married in simple marriage as Raman don't want any lavish wedding as ishita wasn't too well .
All her friends were busy in teasing her and took her to honeymoon suit booked for their first night.
Ishita was sitting on the bed when Raman entered the room.he sat beside her and kissed her hand lovingly.she shivered with his touch.
Raman- we r not going to celebrate our first night as u r not well.
Ishita removed her veil making an angry pout.
Raman- Jo karna hai karo,but u r not well to get excited for anything.I am not going to do anything.
Ishita- kaise pati hai ,biwi ko first night pe pyaar nahi karna chahte.
Raman- I am not only ur husband but doctor u.u need ample rest bachcha.so jao ,thik ho jao then I will love u .but not now.it's been only few weeks since ur surgery.it will need atleast a month or two to get well.till then no badmashi.
Ishita- but,
Raman- u wanna live long with me naa.
Ishita nodded.
Raman- then listen to me.go and change.
Ishita made a face and went to change.she change into her nightwear and lay down making a face.Raman smiled seeing her angry and said- don't take stress doll.he said kissing her forehead.
Ishita smiles and snuggled into him.
Raman- just get well soon and then I will not leave u even for a day.u will get bored of me.
Ishita- main aur aapse bore.kabhi nahi.
Raman- that we will see.now sleep.ishita nodded and slept cuddled in him while he was wide awake looking at her,like the fear of loosing her is still in him.he kissed her face many times and finally slept hugging him.
Next day,Raman has arranged a huge reception party for them.everyone reached and was waiting for ishra.
Soon ishra entered the venue hand in hand.ishita was wearing a baby pink lehengaa with a huge diamond set.her forehead was adorning by a pinch of sindoor along with chooda making her a perfect bride while raman was looking dashing in light pink shirt along with white tux.everyone was admiring the divine couple.everyone blessed the couple and enjoying the party when someone requested Raman to sang a song for ishita.at first he denied but later when ishita said to sing,he finally sang for her taking her hand in his hand.
