Who keeps important property papers out in the open just like that and which rule allows people to let plumbers etc enter your house during dinner?
If Ishita had not kept the papers on the drawer then from where would the plumbers exchange the property papers?

These are some of the questions I have.

The way they handled the issue of getting the paper signed by Ruhi was pathetic. It looked like those villains of the nineties used to get the property papers signed by the hero or his brother or father , whoever it may be by making that person drunk and get it signed in that hangover. They could have directly told Ruhi about the Trust formed and got that signed. First of all, Ruhi is still a minor, so there was no need for all this hungama as her signature has no value in legal papers. They being the parents could have done with Sr. Bhalla's signature as it was his property.
In many of the Banks especially nationalized banks, doesn't even suggest opening an account in minor's name and SBI didn't issue Cheque book to my daughter who was an Enigineering student but was only 17 when she opened account for Combo card at Manipal MIT. They said they will issue Cheque book only after she turns 18 as she can't use her Cheque's before that.
CVs should check the basic necessities of legal issues before writing something for Drama.
