We can all try to put blame on every other person and try to justify their actions, but the entire blame goes to both Raman and Ishita for taking a conscious decision to exchange Ruhi.
Things don't go as planned in real life too but which parent will try to exchange one kid with another with kidnapper? For all of Ruhis suffering both her parents are responsible.
Blame it on CVS for the crappy plot a premie can't survive outside of incubator no matter what so the infant at that point is as good as dead.just to take leap and put more focus on their fav character they killed YHM.
