Talks are going on to extend this show for another year till the end of 2018. We may finalize the deal by the end of June. I can't promise but there is a chance for another IshRa baby.

No, there is no provision of automatic divorce in India. Divorce is basically a decree of court. So, you need to file a case in the court to be granted a divorce. In such cases, getting divorce is definitely easier as compared to other cases because in other cases the court usually tries to achieve reconciliation between the parties. According to section 13(ib) of the Hindu Marriage Act,1956, divorce can be granted on the account for desertion for 2 or more years. But in such a case, the divorce is granted at the instance of the party that has not deserted i.e not the deserter. Separation itself is a valid ground for divorce but it depends upon the circumstances of the case.
For instance in this case, the court held that prolonged separation is a good ground for divorce:

However divorce will be granted without much hassle in case of separation

if both parties have been living separately and amiably agree for divorce or
if the parties have a decree of judicial separation and have lived separately for atleast 1 year after the passing of judicial separation and have not sorted out their differences.

Now if the marriage does take place then why will Shagun remain negative ... she will have it all, naa? Raman's status, his money, she'll manipulate Pihu... I don't see why we would see this marriage happening...
