Ep begins with Pihu praying and she is unwell.
Neelu shows the meds.
Ru tells that they are expired.
She tells will take her to hospital and to inform others.
She asks a driver for lift and he agrees after sometime.
Ru checks pihu and worries when she sees that she has high fever.
Adi tells the police that Ishima left 7 yrs ago because of papa's anger.
He tells i cannot let her go now.
Raman tells i have no relation with this woman.
The police takes him inside.
Ishita wonders what is happening.
Nidhi comes and asks Ru if she got emotional seeing her sister.
Ru pushes her and says we have enmity with Ishra not this girl and someone had saved my life so I am doing the same thing.
She recalls Ishita saving her.

Ru tells i am Ruhi from Raman's bldg and called to tell that Pihu is unwell and is in the hospital.
Ishita is shocked and tells raman.
He gets Simmi's call and tells her that he is reaching there.
