But it seems she has chosen to let herself go and her physical persona has changed

She looks comfortable in her plump avatar,ofcourse and undoubtedly pretty too,--

Now if Karan has to control his diet to build his body and that too when such a delectable dish keeps presenting herself in front him its not surprising he shouts and rants otherwise he will end up devouring her
