Every one take care so much now of ishita , her state n mantel balance has already start to affected now , she some times do things n forget , she start to behave like a kid some time , her talks her attitude , antics every thing , she dont remember she is pregnant , she was already three months of pregnancy , toshi n mihika dont let her alone for a min , she call toshi mama , om as papa , mimi as bro n S I L , she become there lives now , to treat her was there motif , mihir n om too help their wive , some time she cry for no reason , she got afraid of plane noise n get attack when ever she hear plane noise .
Even their neighbours now know on ishita health condition , as she was a good girl , every one pray for her health , they show bhalla's there sympathy for them .
One day as ishita like to watch other children play , she saw them doing rope jumping , she wanted to do n start jumping without any rope , on seeing her jumping ,mihika reach to her n stop her ...
Mihika : with a polite way as a mother who talk to her kid " No no its not good for you to jump , not in this state ok " she caress her face n make her sit while she was talking to her .

This action of her make trio cry n hug her , they try to control their pain on seeing her as a kid , mihir who was watching them n get emo , he go to raman photo in hall n talk to him .

Both ladies join them n watch ishita throw camera , now they has install camera every where to just know where she is , they even kept a baby remote as she will wake they will hear her noise .

Om bhalla feel proud on his D I L n son he bless them as they were fulfilling a duty as sister S I L n B I L very well , they were like ishita JEEVAN SAATHI , jeevan saathi is not only for a couple meaning but also in other form of relation too called jeevan saathi , who always stand n be around us when needed like mimi are in ishita life , some how they support each ever when needed if it in moral support , weakness pain but they stay connected due of ishita .
Days passed like this , doctor visit her for her preg progress , which was going well even her mind system was not correct , her tummy start to be shown a little now .

Mihir who come with bhell , tamarind , raw mango with chutni , as she saw them she jerk n snatch to eat as she was craving for it , mihika first wash the mango after she finish her bhell , she was eating mango , n enjoy it .
MIMI observe her with glad , both was happy on seeing her antic .
Mihika : in a smile n tease mihir " Hmm how do you know she needed this food han , any experience han ".
Mihir : put hi arm around her shoulder " Hmm well its all due of mrs khanna she too is preg na , so she was not wanted to eat canteen food , she order bhell n even brought mango n tamarind , after seeing her eating , i ask her about it , n she told me during preg woman like to have this type of food n she ask me to buy for ishita so i did " .
Both share an eye lock , ishita finish eating broke their glance with her voice , they ask her what happen on attending her , she said she feel sleepy , mimi take till there room , they shift her in there room as there kid , both lay her on bed n pat her hair on singing lullaby to her , while she sleep she hold tightly mimi hands to be assure they are with her , both hug her in their embrace like their kid .
Almost four months of preg now , baby start to kick , the first time baby kick , she shout loudly on saying " Bhabi chouha mere pait mein " ( mouse in my tummy ) she was in a scaring state she hit her tummy .

Toshmi try to avoid n change her mind toward other things , they think of raman if he would be here how he would enjoy on feeling baby kick they get senti .
Same times ishita who was near window notice n saw something , she yells n forward her hand outside window , as she was calling some one , she shout no come come dont go , with her gesture toshmi look outside n they did not saw anything weird , they make her calm as she was getting attack , she was murmuring he's alive .
Toshmi in a confused look n think she may thought of raman .
