BUT, I'll first wrap up the only good part of the epi...when Raman started coughing and scratching, Ishita rushed to him...the part where she was applying ice to his neckundersides of the neck...hands...rubbing the ice in circular and zig-zag motions...wow...so sensuous... Though Raman tried to show he wasn't affected by it and that he could do it himself, and even screamed to that effect, she shut him up and continued with her nursing...he stared at her surreptitiously...prolly feeling the depth of his wife's love after all these years...maybe he was checking her luscious lips, that perky nose and that sexy nose pin and getting drawn to her
Ishita, on her part, was not checking her hubby out even stealthily...in good faith, she was applying an ice-pack on the rashes...😆
it would've gone on, but then Aalu came in unsolicited and ruined the entire tempo of the scene😡
Now, I'll start order-wise what majorly pissed me off today:
I understand where Ruhi's coming from, wanting to separate her parents for good...and being all revengeful, but I have begun to get tired of her vamp-ish antics now. Years ago, when Adi was against IshRa relationship and used to behave the same way, it was bad..and we used to hate Adi...but Gautam's bad acting never really took off in convincing us of his malicious intentions...I mean, we didnt like it, but we knew it would be alright...here, Aditi is good at what she does, and as Ruhaan when does all these antics hiding behind that cute face of hers, it really hurts
maybe because we are more attached to Ruhi, and her pain is deeper than Adi;s pain? maybe because she is so conflicted and its in a way hurting her too? I dunno...but now she doesn't seem like this innocent kid brutally hurt and childishly trying to get back at her parents...it seems she is in vamp mode...and I'm not liking it...
Did she think if she tried to foil her bro's plan, Adi will be garlanded? Didn't she imagine her father's reaction? She went and snitched to Aalu about Adi being behind all of this, without thinking for once, how Raman is gonna react...she got all teary-eyed, and started doubting if she was doing the right thing and all...I'm like okay, "Girl, decide for once what you want. Dont show bipolar tendencies, it's getting wearisome now"
Aalu and Mani were behaving in that disgusting, whiny fashion...all clammed up and not saying a word, not even letting Ishita serve them food...its as if sach mein dono ka Ishita ke upar copyright hai...I only want to know one thing - weren't they the ones goading Ishita to come to India so that she can get 'healed' once and for all? I mean, what did they expect? Ishita will completely write Raman and her own family off forever and run away into the sunset with Mani?😡😡 even after seeing them all after all these years???
So inconsistent, all their behavioral tendencies are, I tell you...Aalu looked positively furious like she just found Ishita sleeping with Raman and cheating on her Appa...Well, potato, just because you call her Amma, doesnt mean she truly is your Amma...she is legally and in every way first Adi's and Pihu's mother, you moron😡😡😡 (even Ruhi;s, but no one knows it now)
I wanted to flag her so bad when she muttered, "Amma yeh sab kyun kar rahi hai? Kya unke dikhta nai ki Appa ko kitna bura lag raha hai?"
Arrey toh uss devdaas ne pehle hi Australia mein apna gham whisky ke glass mein duba ke samjha liya apne dil ko...tu kyun beech mein aake ghav kuret rahi hai (why you digging up old wounds?)😡😡 The way she stormed inside and jerked Ishita's hand away from Raman's face, I just wanted to slap her hard that time...who gave her the right to do such things? 😡😡😡 I would never dare behave like that when elders are involved...it looked like Ishita was the child and she was the authoritarian mother...
And she thinks Raman is also a part of this 'plan' coz he wants to 'get close' to Ishita and take advantage of her acchai huh? Oh, I WISH! Why is he announcing his marriage with Shagun then, you brainless git? What's wrong with this generation of teens and fresh 20 yr olds? Why do they think they are soo smart, when in reality they are pathetic nincompoops?😕
And Shagun has gone a notch higher - she is trying to justify her impending marriage with Raman because she is doing it for Ishita's bhalai, so that she is spared the hurt that comes her way...I'm like...even the grandest notions of Snow White behaviour CANNOT make sense in this situation...she is acting all holier-than-thou...I feel like pushing her off a dam😡😡😡 btw, till now we haven't seen Shags saying yes to Raman, toh kya yeh telepathic acceptance karke shaadi ka arrangement karenge??
Shagun knows nobody in either family is happy with this news, how does she expect she'll live a happy content life with his scarred, shattered man who can never ever love her? What's wrong with her? What's with the desperation? If she really wanted to save Ishita from the hurt, she should have had a proper conversation with Raman and made him see where he too was wrong and how Ishita doesnt deserve all that hatred he has been inflicting on her...
But usko toh bas Raman ke ird-gird rehne ka bahana chahiye...she and Ass-oak...they are so OBSESSED with Raman...prob kya hai in dono ki bhai???
And with every passing day, I'm beginning to forget Raman Bhalla is a CEO. I mean, who talks like that? Who screams like this possessed, enraged bull? He should thank his lucky stars Ishita was giving him patta (although IMO she should've just left him to his state and not bothered, that would've had more effect)...the words he uses, the things he say, the screaming, the drowning out of sensible voices other than his...no wonder he wants to marry Shagun now...she is the only one who can give him takkar in this yelling-screaming fest...
Ishita ko hi attitude dikhana hai...even after ALL THE KAANDS Shagun has done in her lifetime, Raman doesn't have the ba**s to yell at her the way he does at Ishita...😡😡 But I'm glad Ishita stood up to him and prevented him from hitting Adi a second time...
I'm so enraged - Adi is a grown boy, an ADULT for heaven's sake...what's with all the indiscriminate rapping/slapping??? He has been such a fine, fine boy all these years...Raman never ever raised his voice at him even when he was acting like a psychopath in his early years, why does Adi have to bear the brunt of his father's temper now? I dont understand the logic...All this kind of hitting should really be made chargeable offence and all...its pathetic watching adult kids get beaten up like that😡😡😡
Raman hates Ishita, hates every thing associated with her...but he completely dotes on Pihu, who is a part of Ishita btw...BUT...cant be bothered about Adi, who is a part of him and Shagun...who he is willing to marry now...see...how utterly chaotic this is...just doesn't make sense
I am glad ADI stood his ground...I am glad Ishita gave it back too...am glad she said she doesnt have to prove her love for her children...Raman behaves as if the past 7 years he has taken amazing care of Adi and his needs/wants...Pihu was the only one that existed for him...phir pehle woh prove kare naa ki woh itna accha pita hai...why does he have to point fingers at Ishita?

I was so pissed when Raman threatened Adi, "agar tere liye yeh zinda ho gayi, toh tu mere liye hamesha ke liye marr jayega"

Yes, Adi took a mild risk in doing what he did...but he had good intentions in mind...my heart went out to him when he said - mujhe Ishima chahiye...I need Ishima...he said it so simply, no frills, but his words had a lot of impact
and later when he cried, I felt so so bad...he is the only sane character in the show now...why does he have to jhelo so much?
I distinctly rem, years ago, Raman had played a game involving Trisha, coz he wanted to make Mihir confess his love for Mihika...that one went for days and weeks...it was torture for Mihika and the Iyer family (no, they too were plotting on their side)
but my point is - when the elders do it, its okay...if the kids do it, its not
sabse pehle I wanna know - Suddenly Raman ko mushroom se allergy kaise hone lagi?😕😕 Wasn't it Ishita who was allergic to them? CVs dimag bech khaye hain apna...🥱
I can almost predict IshRa fate...more people want them separated than together...what are they supposed to do? keep fending off the disagreeing bunch, huh?
But as of now, the angrier Raman is getting, the more Ishita is withdrawing into herself and erecting walls of steel around her...the more he is trying to show off and hurt her, the more 'cool' and 'un-affected' and poised Ishita seems...its true really, nothing stings more than knowing the one you want to hurt is cool and collected and visibly indifferent to your tactics...
P.S. I kinda felt bad in the end when Ruhi, overcome with emotion, wanted to come talk to a crying Adi, but Pihu came running and hugged him...at that moment, Ruhi was reminded of how her parents had preferred her lil sister over her...and the barely dormant feeling of hate reared its head again...and she dismissed that teeny weeny bit of sentimentality peeking out from her heart...the way she cried, my heart went out to her...
I hate it when she acts all vamp-like these days, but when she cries, sullen and lonely in a corner, believing everybody's forgotten her and that she is all alone in this world, I feel for her...it must be harsh to think your family doesn't spare a second of their lives to you, when in fact, all they've done is think about you...these days when I watch YHM, a flurry of emotions brush past in a jiffy...I feel so conflicted...I want my old YHM back, where at least I knew who to hate and who to love😕
P.S. Toshi used to hate Mihika till barely a week ago, and now she's all 'Puttar ethhe aa neg le falana falana' ... is even ready to be dropped to the airport in Romi's car...and Mihika too was all bitchy and aloof with the Bhallas, and now she is craving sasural ka pyaar😕...ab tak toh Ishita ne entry bhi nai maari hai ghar mein, aur sabke tevar badalne lage hain...waah...its like Ishita just needed to have sex once in her life and she could conceive...remember how she fell pregnant after the consummation scene?

I'm sorry guys I could not respond to any of your posts yesterday, was caught up with work and logged off right after posting the review..but I read through it and am humbled by your comments...and glad our thoughts concur on many levels...keep posting your feedback guys...helps me write better😛
