Ishita would have uprooted the mountain if needed to get back her daughter Ruhi. That was her original plan to hand over Ruhi to Nidhi to save the new born's life as it was a premature baby and to be kept in an incubator. But she didn't do that only because she thought her daughter died in the car accident and even today she is under the impression her daughter Ruhi is dead.
Ishita will be more hurt when she realizes her daughter infact hates her but she will understand hera s Ruhi behaved in a similar way when her custody was given to Shagun and Ishita didn't claim her in court just to save Adi from suicidal impulse.
