Post 7 years leap, Star Plus show Yeh Hai Mohabbateinis bringing in shocking twists and the further twist will be where Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi) will finally realize Ruhaan (Aditi Bhatia) is none other than her Ruhi.
It is seen that Nidhi has turned Ruhi in to Ruhaan, a tomboy and a famous rock star.
However, Nidhi tortures and beats Ruhaan and tortures her.
Mani's niece Aaliya is huge fan of Ruhaan and comes in contact with her.
Through Aaliya, Ruhaan notices Ishita and is shocked.
