I don't understand ishra plan and how it's could help them to get chip anyone could explain it to me

They showed it in Spoilers & Segments that they are trying to make Nidhi jealous.
Nidhi will get mad and try to harm Ishita.
Raman will record this and blackmail Nidhi for Chip.
Then Nidhi will run away with surrogate baby and later the same will be exchanged with Ruhi.
Even in PP's IV she mentioned that : she gets very jealous will do something to harm them. Nidhi will think that if she can't have Raman then no one can have him.

So all this shows that ridiculous leap & segments are coming true.
