Hello friends ,surprise surprise .I m starting this story today.i had thought that i will start this story after ending some of my stories but i m updating it in request of my buddy sanjana who badly wants to read this story .Heres the first update for you sanju.
[Authors note - I know many of you will not like it ,Raman has a gray shade in this story till some updates .so people who don't like it please bear with me .]
Part 1
Everybody present there was stunned witnessing the scene.Mihir ,RkB's manager cum friend and pathak RKB's lawyer both ran to him but he stopped them showing his palm .On the other hand ishita was in somuch anger that tears were rolling from her red eyes .
R- ( angrily )- you had messed with mighty RKB and you will see it's consequences.
I- Ja Ja bahut dekhe tere jaise ( had seen many like you .)
R- you people are gonna be without roofs in some days ,now I will not give a single penny for your flats and will also collapse this building ,just wait and watch Miss whatever ,I will bring you and your society people in road.
( addressing to the crowd ) and you know people she ,this girl will be sole responsible for your bad state .
Saying so he went to his car ,sat in it and drove away .All the society person who came along with ishita ran to her and asked " ishu kanna, now what will happen .where we all will go ."
I- oh ho uncle ,you get scared very easily .Arey law is there ,courts are there .we will fight them through law and you know we will win because they are wrong .This land belong to us as we have flats in this land .The master of this land has taken full price along with his profit from us .He has no right to sale it to anyone .
Men - but kanna ,they are very rich than us ,we are normal people .how can we able to fight with them.
I- uncle do you believe me .
Men - we do believe you ,but what you can do alone beta .
I- I m not alone uncle ,you people and law is with me .are you with me ( she asked almost shouting aloud ).
" yes we are with you " she heard in unison .After that they all went to their houses .
IN IYER HOUSE .
ishita entered the house mumbling ,actually she was cursing RKB for those dirty words he has used for her .Amma ran to her and shouted on her " ishu how many times I told you ,you are a girl and behave like one ".
I- what do you mean amma ,anybody will come and threat us to leave our house .And due to his fear we will sit silent and leave our houses .
A- I don't mean that ,but many men and boys are there why you were heading the crowd.
I- because I m also boy ,my appa's son .
A - that's good your appa call you his son and you behave like same .
Amma was shouting like anything and ishita walked to her room giving a deaf ear to her .
Appa was sitting in the couch near by and was smiling listening to ladies .
Mr viswanathan iyer was a retired central government employee,living in chennaswamy society with his wife madhvi iyer and two daughters .Vandu and ishita ,iyers don't have any son so mr iyer call ishita as their son .and ishita also always fulfull her parents wishes as son .Vandu was already married and iyers were searching a suitable alliance for ishita.
Ishita was a well known lawyer in chennei ,she is a civil lawyer so she knows everything about civil cases and she very well know that RKB or the owner of the land cannot take their house as per law .,She know what she has to do to safeguard her society .
On the other hand in hotel room Raman was holding a glass of his left hand and was caressing his red cheek with another hand .
R( angrily)- mihir I want each and every detail of that girl .how dare she touch me .I m RKB nobody has guts to raise their eyes on me and she raised her hand and that to in public .I will just ruin her .
P- bhai you are still stuck to that girl and here I m tensed ,you wouldn't have behaved like that .
R- why are you tensed ,moreover that's your job to be tensed .what was bad with my behavior ,she herself messed with me.
P- bhai you very well know that though this project has a great profit but the fact that its a illegal cannot be changed .
R( shouting)-then why the damn I m paying this queue of lawyers .
Raman and pathak were still talking when a person entered the room and handed a papare to mihir .
Mihir read the paper and spoke " bhai this is not going tobe easy game for us ."
R( angrily)- now what happened .
M- that's girl is ishita iyer .
R- arey yaar she is living the chennei ,so she must be a madrasan ,iyer ,subramanian or iyenger ,what's the big deal in it .
M- let me finish bhai .she is ishita iyer senior lawyer chennei highcourt and the worst news is she is a civil lawyer ,she knows each and every rules of civil matter .
P(,tensed)- oh my god ,can't you mess with any other girl.
R- what do you mean ,I will ask profession of a girl before mocking her .
P- no bhai ,but you know we will have a tough time dealing with her .
Raman ,neel and mihir planned for some more time but they don't reach at any solution.At last pathak spoke " bhai you know ,I think this deal will not be profitable for us as though we will win this case but for that we have to spend a huge amount of money .
R- what do you mean .
P- see ,at first we are doing a illegal deal ,then by any chance we will get this land we have to pay huge amount to the inhabitants of society and also we have to pay a lot to all the court officials and judge.
R- but you know RKB never back off .And also I have to show her place to that girl.
M- but bhai neel is right ,we will be in loss if we go on with this project .see we don't have Any chance to win.
R- what do you mean by that .
P- This is chennei not Delhi ,so we have limited contacts ,also here the laws are followed very properly ,and we are only some people and they are almost 200 families .We can win the case only by paying the current cost of those flats .already you had paid a huge amount for that land and then crores of money to those people .I think its not a good deal .
M- and by any chance if we loose this case ,we will be defamed in business world .bhai think we should close this project here itself and invest this money in some other profitable project .
R- ok you people go let me think something .
Mihir and pathak were gone and raman started thinking some way to win the project but it was in vein as all his mind was captured by ishita .Her red blood sheded eyes,pointed nose ,red chubby cheeks and those kissable pink rose lips .He was trying hard to figure out some way to move on with this project but the time he can think about ishita only .on one hand he want to take revenge for the slap and on other hand he so wanted ishita with him.He thought for much time and got an idea to leave the project with dignity and win ishita's heart at the same time .
Next day ishita was getting ready for court when her door bell rang .Mrs iyer opened the door and saw three handsome man standing there,she called them in.
Mihir introduced themselves and demanded that Raman wanted to talk to Mr iyer .Mr Iyer came to hall and asked " may I know who you people are and what you want ".
R( very politely )- sir ,I m Raman Kumar bhalla ,a rising business man but my father is a well known business tycoon in Delhi .As I m new in this const .business ,I don't have much idea about this .The owner of this land cheated us but after having chat with your daughter we enquired and got that we have been cheated .
I m very thankful to your daughter as she has saved me from doing such a sin of making many families homeless .
Ishita glued to her place listening to Raman's talk .she was shocked with his words ,she was not able to believe that the person she has slapped last day is the same person who is sitting in front of her .on the other hand Mr iyer was very much happy listening to Raman's praising words for his daughter .
Mr iyer - thankyou somuch Mr bhalla ,its our pleasure that you are giving credit yo my daughter .
R- actually sir ,don't thank me but I want something for you .
Mr iyer- tell me what you want ,I will be highly abliged to do that .
R- its a request sir ,don't be obliged ,just give me a chance to prove myself .
Mr iyer - I don't get you .
R- sir I want to marry ishita .
