When suyyash said that Ishita saved Ruhi from bus incident as she is obsessed with children as she cant become a mother then nobody point out that Ishita was pregnant that time n insted of saving her own child she saved Ruhi,so this is not an obsession but her true love for Ruhi n that she is a very nice lady...And when they knew Sarika has mixed poison in the milk then why did Nidhi not ask Sarika to come in the witness boxx.Each n every family members are questioned in such types of cases..n they can easily prove why they wanted to adopt Rohit not bcoz of Ishita's obsession for him but due to the other reasonss.

You are asking all logical questions but that doesn't happen in daily soap infact no person can be questioned randomly the way suyash called vandita without prior consent from her n mentioning to the court before the hearing she could have easily said no to it
