Than raman calls ishu saying he has a surprise

And tells her to close her eyes

Raman lights candle on cake and says happy anniversary

They cut cake

Ishi sitting near ruhi. Raman comes and say madrasan surprise for you.

There was no cake in hospital canteen and so brought sandwich. They both cut the sandwich and put in each other mouth
