A mistake is something you do when you're misguided and admit that you're wrong. Compulsive lying for months isn't a mistake. Manipulating fans isn't a mistake. You have 15-17 yo who blindly follow what she says. Guiding them to "bash the haters" isn't a mistake. A mistake is a flaw you admit and apologise for. Bullying anyone and everyone who tried to truth isn't a mistake. No, that isn't even a flaw. That's unacceptable. Purely unacceptable. And these are teenagers. I can easily say that why did they do what they did, which I do. That's what they're guilty and hurt about. But the fact also lies that they're young impressionable minds. THAT IS WHAT I'M HURT ABOUT. That is what disgusts me. And that is what annoys me me. And it annoys me that she gets away with it. This isn't remotely nice.
I don't care what image you have to to mould young kids who blindly love and almost worship you into warriors isn't a good thing. What went on her social media is disgusting, the hatred is disgusting.
But it can't be helped. Some took a step back, steadied themselves and walked away. While the rest cried and ranted for a week and are now back to worshipping. The either is your call.
She isn't a goddess or perfect; she never was. I accept that. But she never was a manipulator too. What she did is sad, pathetic and cruel. She's humans. But humans have weak moments, maybe she had hers. But, I can not respect her, cite her as an example or appreciate her outside her work after this.

khair, again, well, YOU were a stern admirer of her which is why you thought she wasnt a manipulator... Leave me aside, i'll leave you aside too. There were TOOO many people who did not like divyanka previously. WHY SO? if she was so perfect? how come she had haters or chalo people who were not precisely too fond of her back then when you thought she wasnt a manipulator. Thing is, Ara, you see what you want to.
All this time you (almost blindly) defended her, and now you feel like a fool for having done all that. Noone turns as you said, a 'manipulator' in a day, many back then, when you couldnt see her flaws, saw her flaws and kept that distance did not let themselves fall that hard for the personality she creates or the personality that is created of her. Maybe back then people saw and thought she did have her manipulative ways?? Just because your views differed back then does not change anything. Just because you perceive something else of her now after getting a... JHATKA/Dhajka LOL doesnt mean shes changed now just after or when you realized.
Im not as hurt as you are. I love her acting, i love her face, i dont like her constant steer and pressure to be perfect, im not fond of her ways, but this has been the case since forever! i STILL hate how she thinks its a requirement that she needs to sit and promote the guy she is romantically involved with. I hate how everything she does, her PR strives to promote it like no tomrrow! like chill!... theres a lot of things she has that i dont agree with/am not too fond of, but so what? Dont blame her for this (other than the deceiving) but dont say shes changed now because yes, she did a foolish thing by doing all this and what she made her fans go through for her (including me who defended her all along tho i knew DV were happening and once i was sure, i had stopped aggressively defending her, and thats when i used to see your posts, and id just smile and be alittle sad, because i knew what were coming but you guys all refused to see that) WHY? because she is Divyanka Tripathi and apparently, Divyanka Tripathi can not lie 😊

my point is, just because you realised yesterday ... doesnt mean everyone else did. She still has blind fans who once had snarky weird DIRTY stuff to say about vivek till she denied and now ship those two like no tomorrow. then there are haters who hated her then, hate her now. then there are people like me who're her fans, who try seeing the positives and liking her for that, at the same time, NOT ruling out the negatives, clearly, i was and am very disappointed with how she went about with this whole issue. then there are fans like you who are hurt and have apparently "lost respect" for her...
IDK why majority didnt see it. She denied her relationship with Ssharad for 9years. NINE YEARS. i dont even blame her god knows what she had had to deal with in that relationship of hers, but havent you seen i mean the whole manishs party issue came up, many still say both Ssharad Divyanka were drunk in their party and when they gave that interview. That interview drove her out of freaking twitter yaar :/ i too, was disappointed with her then, i ranted, she gave an emotional interview, defended her boyfriend, and all was well. Some people thought she was a manipulator back then too, but then theres people like us who were all melted, werent we?
What will we get by judging these celebrities? dont we know what kind of ann industry this is? HOW do you expect people to be like angels here? it just cant be!
what she did was wrong but i still wont call her a manipulator openly, she played, she was selfish yes, we can all be selfish sometimes... just that you dont expect DIVYANKA to be selfish, because of that IMAGE. Since shes human, she cam be selfish too but we dont even know under what circumstances, and with other things, idk why its not going down too well with people. Its almost deja vu ... SD times... i mean, shes in love is all that should matter right now. Let bygones be bygones. Theres nothing we can do other than wish them well. Theyre a beautiful couple and i only hope that this lasts.
As i said earlier, maybe its not even completely her fault, whoever was guiding her through this.. its more their fault. Also, notice how Vivek was the smart one, slyly silent through ALL of this? idt the media spared him, he must have been asked questions too! She should have done what HE did... stayed MUM for a change, but thats just not divyanka 🥱
