Cvs not showed why she got arrested yet they probably haven't come up with it. There are rumours that she miscarried and adopted the current baby and rinks knew and she killed rink I and ashok found out and blackmailed her with that.

Nothing is clear actually but she wanted to kill off the bhalla's as per Ashok's instructions. They found out & she & Ashok got arrested
