It cont where it was stop with maan telling ishita ... he is maan raman twin bro ... also raman love her a lot ... he shown him today it only to let his parents to know what sin they did with their both sons ... n to get ans from them too .
Toshi was stunned on his talk n ask ... " Maan puttar it mean what ever happen with raman about his memory lost it was due to you ? ... what sin we did with both of you ? ... you both are our children why will warms you both puttar ? " , in a confused face n teary eyes .
Maan get angry on her quest n get more irritating too he glares at them n say ... " Oh you dont know what sin you did han ? ... you dont remember it right ? ... how you will ? ... you are old now that why you can remember it ... that why you dont even remember if you ever have another son right ? ... you never miss me ... the son whom you have been killed " .
On hearing him said they killed him give toshi n om a big shocked ... which make toshi felt dizzy ... ishita mihir n om handle her ... ishita could not bear his accusation more .
Ishita ... " Maan why you are talking like this to her she is your mother right ? ... cant you see how she is affecting with your rudeness ... how pain she is going throw ... stop this rudeness please " .
Mihir too join ishita n say ... Om cant believe their own son will hate them like this n thing so wrong on them ... accident which took place he take it as they kill him ... what make him think like this .
Maan cont his blasting n blaming accusation on them ... his parents listen to him silently with grief n pain which they were feeling in their hearts ... mihir could not bear more .. when he address them killer n shout loudly ... " Bas ab agey kuch nahi bole ge " .( stop not no more words ) .
Maan... " What happen if some one kill a person we cal them killer ... so im calling them same ... as they too kill me ... yes mum dad you kill me as i was alive during separating me from raman ... you both killed me ... i was staring you both while entering in the OT but you both did not once look at us nor at me ... why you did not check me before if i was alive or not han ? ... for you both what was more important to separate us n one die dats it ... n you both won we got separate from body but even could not do it from our heart n mind we were still connected which brought here today ... even you did not let raman know on me you hide it from him .. that he ever got a twin brother ... shankar baba got to know it during his last breath n was happy i was there with raman ... the pain which i have been undergone is more than them ... you dont deserve to be parents nor even have a parents hoods in your hearts emotions all are fake ... you both are murderer also n killer ... now tell me what was my fault to get such a punishment han ? ... a child of two years you killed ... if you were tired with us why not put us in ophonage then to separate us n kill me why ... have you ever think how much i was missing you both wanted to be in your lap to cry n hug you like you used to do with us ? ", he was in a stammer state while taking .
Now this give them a bigger shocked n reality to them on his being alive while doing operation to separate them ... n due of this he die ... both was so shattered in pain sad grief ... on thinking what he has been gone thru ... his anger frustration , furious blame accuse was all right ... they were unaware of him to be alive ... why they did not checked him before going into OT ... while believe the doctor ... they lost him n he got separate from his brother due of their careless ... he was with them n they never feel him why this happen to them to save one they kill other one unknownly .
Om was in tears n try to explain maan n say ... "Puttar we are sorry ... forgive us ... we were not aware for you being alive believe puttar ... doctor told us you were almost die before ho would we know you were still alive ... we did a mistake try to forgive us ... we love you n raman too ... you both are our lives ... after your death you live in our heart beating puttar you are in our heart ... we too miss you a lot ... we hide n cry for you on thinking you ... on each raman birthday we wish you too secretly ... we support each ever while we think you puttar ... your mother was so affect on loosing you n raman life too was in critical state ... we had to hide to raman as it was only two years when all this happen ... we dont wanted to stress his mind if he would ask us quest on you if he would be know ... we are sorry for this ... we know you both was inseparable babies but we have to do it so save raman life too ... believe me puttar we were broken too ... that day was the most worst day of our lives ... to take such a big decision was so difficult for us to choose whom to save ... you think we never love you both ... or we were feeling embarrassed with you both never ever puttar ... we were happy to welcome you both how ever you both will be ... with any handicap we accept to give you both life ... even after doctor advise us to to abortion due of the complication but we did not accept it ... how happy we were on hearing your mum was expected twins ... after six years of our wed ... your mum got preg n we learn it when she was almost three months of pregnant .. she never get any symptom of a preg woman until she got pain .. you both are the gift of god ... .i still remember that day how happy we was ".
FLASH BACK OF 24 YEARS AGO
Toshi n mr bhalla was in hospital ... doctor did checkup to toshi then announce her she is preg for three months n that two they are twins .
That news was doing echo in their ears as they were waiting for this news since long times ... they were happy tears was in their eyes due of happiness ... they thx god for it too.
Doctor broke their happiness on telling them ... " Mrs bhallah I dont think you should cont your pregnancy ".
Toshi n om was confused with her talk n both look at each ever in a confused way om ask doctor ... " Why you are saying this doctor? what happen any serious matter tell us be clear please ".
Doctor ... " Look mr bhalla for a three months of pregnant the babies are not developing enough ... agree they are twins but even that does not means their should have some weak developing ... n they way im seeing they can have some handicap if you cont it ... it on you if you want go home think of it in three day we can do the abortion " Both stares each ever tears in eyes n they hold their hands om did a yes sign to her to say what she want n she reply ... " Doctor will come surely but not in three days but in next month ... for checkup ... i wont abort my babies ... how ever they will be will accept them ... even if there will be some handicap too ... they are our first child ... i cant kill them ... they are leaving inside me ... a parts of my body now ... just tell me what should i do but dont told me to abort them again please " , in confident expression .
Doctor was please with their ans n congrats them for being a good parents from now ... even knowing the babies may be have some handicap they wont abort them ... she told them she has to be careful stay happy , keep stress away , think positively , eat n do rest too ... which they accept n then both leave .
Shankar give the news to his wife n ask sharda to prepare arti to welcome her ... both was happy for this news too .
Shankar n sharda arora ... both work with bhalla shankar as a driver n sharda as a maid for toshi ... they are like a friend too ... bhalla never take them as a worker but as a member of the family ... both couples was happy ... they were always there for bhalla service .
Once the reach at the door sharda ask them to wait n bring tahli for arti ... which she did to her then sh enter in ... she hug her to congrats her ... same time she was in tears as she was not been bliss till now to have child ... toshi comfort her on saying if she has been bliss ... then she too will be soon n her children are hers too ... she offer toshi drink n told her from now toshi will only rest n she will do all her works n will take her care too .
Om says he dont need to be worry as he know she is there to take toshi care when he will be in office ... om take toshi to rest ... he make her lay on bed n promise to take care of her .
The routine start every day with sharda give her breakfast lunch every times some thing to eat ... do her malish of feet ... accompany her while she walk in the garden ... she spend time with toshi on reading ramayan ... om n toshi went for checkup also ... it was not so much change in the development but they were ok ... they start to give kick to her ... om bhalla pampered her a lot ... shankar used to do some joker things to make toshi happy n laugh ... they buy all two things for babies as they were twins ... doctor told them she will not have a normal delivery .
Time come to the babies come in world ... om too was along with toshi in OT ... after babies was born they cries ... both was in shocked to see how they were tears fall from eyes as a happiness babies are alive ... for them how ever they look that does"nt matter ... for them they are alive that enough ... after toshi went in the ward room ... the pediatric come to them n explain them the babies development to them .
Doctor ... " Well congratulation for your both babies boys ... they are good enough both are healthy too but ..".
Now it give them tense n toshi ask ... " But what doctor ? '" , in a tense look .
Om hold toshi hand to give her courage to hold on .
Doctor ... " As you have been seen how they are ... both are not as normal babies ... they are not separate from each ever ... they do have their hands legs eyes all this parts are separate but ... their ears are stick like other two things which they are sharing ... n its their heart n brain ... in one baby part has heart n is sharing with other one ... n the other one has brain which is sharing with other one ... so it means both are connected with each ever ...from heart n brain n in all they are one body but separate body parts ... this type of babies we call it BABY CHIAMAN ... we can separate them if you want it happen now ... as it not late it is more easy now than later ... but yes one may die as the one who has heart will survive n other one no ... more they will growth it may cause difficult to breath too as it will have to share for two bodies which is impossible ... if you permit me i can do it in time which come " .
Om ans ... " Doctor ... we dont want to separate them we accept them as they are ... they are our babies ... we cant kill one to give other one live ... it god wish for us to have this type of babies we accept it ... they are our live now ... god know why he make them like this .. we wont go against his wish ... we are proud to have babies like them ... they are special for us " .
Doctor dont argue with them n praise their courage also n wish the babies could live a long life together on sharing brain n heart too ... he leave them .
Toshi could not breasts them so she give them from bottle ... after tree days they discharge from hospital ... sharda did arti to welcome babies n toshi too ... the babies was so cute ... one of the baby look so smart n other one so innocent sensible too .om help toshi to handle the babies even sharda too ... sharda used to do oil massage to them with talking to them make them bath ... she was taking care of them as her babies ... toshi was happy to have some one like sharda ... both women took care of the babies while feeding them both do at the same time .
Babies was never a burden for them ... they did name ceremony also ... they ask sharda n shankar to name them ... shankar name they one who has heart look sensible as raman bhalla ... sharda name the one who has brain n smart as maan bhalla ... all bless the babies with happiness ... maan was a fast learner as brain was more in his side than raman ... raman was a little slow leaner ... due of maan raman walk fast n talk fast ... both babies was growing well every connected with their health was good ... doctors was seeing it as a miracle children ... it quiet impossible for two bodies shared one heart till now .
Months passes well for both children n their parents too ... raman used to fall sick every times as maan used to used lost of energy from brain n heart ... peoples used to admire both children when they were outside with toshi n sharda ... how cute they look they used to praise them ... toshi used to take their each steps with photo she kept them safely ... maan was like an old child his behavior his masti every thing ... raman quite polite boy who do what we told him .
Almost one year now they did their birthday party too take pics ... shankar make them sit on his back n did as a horse for them ... which sharda hold them from back ... they say their first word was mama n papa so cutely ... later they start to call kaka kaki too shankar n sharda .
Sharda get preg too she was happy for her first baby ... toshi take care of her too until three months then sharda did all her works until she give birth a baby boy so cute ... om bhalla name him mihir arora ... both family relation was still the same nothing did not change . toshi take care of mihir when sharda do some works ... maan n raman to play with him ... both family was in full of joy with happiness n noise of the children .
Maan n raman stay more with sharda n shankar as they used to pampered both .
Both reach two years now ... no problem till now maan being more stronger intelligent t smart n stubborn too ... raman still quite good boy .
One day it was raining ... maan wanted to play in rain ... raman who was ill was laying on bed ... he dont wanted to stay on bed ... he manage to go in the balcony after toshi left them n went in the bathroom ... he was paying with rain without knowing raman was unconscious ... when toshi notice it ... she shout on him n bring both inside ... raman was not opening his eyes ... n his heart was beating so slow ... now maan too start to have breathing problem ... they rush to hospital .. where both was in danger but more was raman ... then later doctor told them maan also is not responding n is dead but raman heart is beating slowing they can save raman but not maan n for this need to separate them ... which they accept with a big grief pain they accept to separate them n to give raman , maan brain too .they were all shattered sad with this decision ... with a big heart om sign the paper ... the stretcher pass close to them ... they could see maan eyes was open but think while die it remain open ... toshi hug on n cry loudly n remove all her emotion out ... she felt her life has been stop there with her two sons lives .
Doctor told them they cant guaranty them about the success of the operation ... as it so delicate case ... but they will do all their maximum possible to save raman n ask them to pray n he leave .
Om try to console toshi but in vain ... sharda too was crying n hug mihir as for her raman n maan was her first sons ... they have flash back of them ... how they try to walk then their first words ... their naughtiest , cute moment their funniest harass them ... they could not bear the pain ... toshi pray good for their sons ... sharda console toshi both hug n cries ... shankar n om could not bear to see both wife states n they two broke down n cries ... their dream has been broken in a min .
Toshi was waiting for doctor announce her a miracle happen n both children has been save ... she was giving her a hope maan could be survive too .
After six hours of operation doctor came out on saying ... operation has successful ... raman is still in a critical condition but all pass well ... but raman wont open his eyes until after three days then ... they can say how he is ... but for now his heart is still beating slowing ... n brain is still not responding they will wait for it to know how it going they will shift him in ICU ... ward boy came out with maan dead body ... which now seeing him dead toshi could not bear her pain n hug him n carry him ... she cry loudly with emotion pain n grief ... she call him n she blame herself for this lost ... om take maan to her n hug him too n cry on saying im sorry puttar ... we could not save you ... sharda n shankar too hug him n cry a lot too .
Toshi could not bear any longer n she fall down n lost conscious ... doctor try to wake her until they drip her n did injection to her ... later om n shankar take maan body to do last ritual n both cry a lot ... they pray for raman safety now .
Toshi was not eating she was only praying her state was affected but she was not worry for her ... she hold maan pics admire n caress it n talk to him as he was alive ... some time she dream of him n wake up on calling him ... she was yearning to hug carry him in his arms she cries a lot for him .
After three days raman open his eyes ... doctor check him n found his brain responding but not as it should be ... n his heart too was still the same ... both parents was happy as at list he open his eyes ... after three days doctor said his brain is stopping responding they may loose him too ... n also only tears which was falling from his eyes he was not even crying ... it since as he got a shocked .
On hearing this toshi get frustration n went to god n ask him to not do any wrong happen to raman as she has accept every thing he done to her but will not bear this pain any more ... she hold the arti in her palm n say until he wont treat raman she wont leave that arti n will not eat nor drink too .
They sat out side ICU to know when has improvement ... when after two days they heard him cry loudly they knew it was him n was happy he came back to them ... doctor told them he is out of danger but still need to stay in hospital until three months to treat him well ... which they accept n toshi thx god for listening to her prayer ... toshi was staying with him he was in ICU for one week after they shift him in normal ward ... he was totally perfect all was functioning well his heart n brain too ... some time he used to ask on maan but they said his gone .
Sharda die when raman was three years n mihir two years ... toshi took care of both raman n mihir .
Slowly he start to forget Maan n not to ask on him any more until he growth up ... they hide all maan pics n toys from raman .
After shankar dead raman start being away from them n have some lost memory problem ... doctor told them it happen as it was a plantation of brain it happen some time to lost memory for little times only ... which believe him .

Toshi n om was in tears mihir n ishita too ... now maan get to know it was his fault if he is not alive not this parents ... he cries which make toshi n om go to him n both hug him tightly n they cries toshi kiss him all over his face as for him it maan face which he was kissing ... he say sorry to them for his rudeness .
