Don't really understand what priya ray says but your assumption can be deadly and Shagun doesn't need to be the killer. If everyone suspects her that will be enough.

They had already showed in SBS that Mihika accidentally shots Rinki as Rinki's BF swapped the dummy pistol with a real one.

I think she is the killer as this is ekta's show... Where killer will be some known ... Like adi was culprit in amma accident...
