If yesterday's epic consummation scene had me reeling, today's episode drew me into its snuggly embrace...as I lay there Lovestruck! Happy and content. Madly blissful. Its been more than 24 hours since the consummation happened, and I am not still not over it. Not yet. And I don't think I ever will - not till I see these two loving each other in the mad, mad way they do right now...not till I see them fighting and hurting each other but thinking of NOTHING ELSE but each other...not till they are IshRa...
Even as the phone vibrated, Ishita continued watching her husband...lovingly, overwhelmed by the fact that neither of them was different from the other. They were one. Together. Forever. Raman, who looked like he wasn't on planet earth and was rather sleeping contented in Paraside, turned to the other side...that was when Ishita checked her phone. Saw Vandu's missed calls...admittedly, I was pissed with Vandu and Mihika for constantly calling these two up. Apparently it was 4-ish in the morning or so. And despite the fact that they knew that Raman and Ishita were TOGETHER, like idiots were worried about them...phone kyun nai utha rahe hain? Raat ko ghar wapas nahin aaye hain? Yada yada...what did they think? That IshRa had been kidnapped or something?😡
Vandu was positively YELLING into the phone, the minute Ishita received her call. She answered her in hushed tones, lest her husband wake up "Party mein late ho gaye ...toh hum ek hotel mein ruk gaye"
Vandu was perplexed...ki Ishu itna dheere kyun bol rahi hai? And then bas. The bomb dropped. Vandu ko pata chal gaya ki they have done "the deed".😆
"Ishu...iska matlab?" was followed by realization of the fact that their sister FINALLY became a woman. In every respect. She had broken the "barriers" or whatever it was and just done it! 😆😆And was followed by a lot of jumping and dancing around...and of course, the trademark feminine squealing.
Raman was smiling sheepishly! Im sure usko thodi bahut baatein toh sunai hi de rahi hongi...My my! Uske vanvaas khatam hone ki khushi chehre ko chamkaye jaa rahi thi...kya adayein Bhalla saab ke, kya bataaun!😉😛
Vandu and Mihika were so damn excited, they gave some gyaan over the phone and suggested to her to stay there the whole day and the whole night and come back home the next morning. Ishita ke chehra dekhne layak tha iss samay...she was grinning to her heart's content.
Both the sisters were acting like teenagers! But I understand...jab bhi koi apna (dost, behen, etc.) jeevan ke iss daur se guzarta hai toh khud ko aisi hi excitement aur khushi mehsoos hoti hai, maano khud ne uss vichitra anubhav ki prapti kar li ho.😆
Ishu ended the call and sidled up to her husband...slightly leaning on him...aww...kinne cute lag rahe the mere do anmol rattan...it looked like she could go on staring at him fondly the whole day and not blink an eyelid. After he slept cradled in her arms, it was her turn to lean on him...and guess what?
The most beautiful part of the whole POST-C scene was Raman putting his arm around her waist...protectively...possesively...sort of like saying, "You're mine! And you're not going anywhere!"...and as he did that she gazed at him...lovingly...aww...there was so much love in that cute little moment. I was overwhelmed. Heck! I am STILL overcome with emotion as I recall that bit and write about it...if yesterday's episode dominated our senses with the sheer sexuality and sizzling chemistry between our favorite characters, today clean bowled us with a perfect portrayal of how SOULFUL their relationship truly is...depicting their comfort and trust level...and of course, how their love has GROWN by leaps and bounds in less than a few hours...how things change!
I know this isn't the right time to mull over these negative things, but if the leap DOES happen or even the surrogacy track, for that matter, it will prolly break these two apart...its gonna be horrible..these are two lost, wounded souls who have finally found that safe haven in each other...and have poured every last shred of emotion in their hearts...for the other... There's a very famous Hollywood-ish line (I don't exactly remember it, but I'll try nevertheless) - When there's too much hurt, all that's left is love. This is the case with both Ishita and Raman. They have been so so hurt by other people in the past, that they all they ever did with each other was LOVE. With sheer abandon. Like crazy. And even if this dream to shatter one day and pierce their fragile hearts, love is ALL all that would be left...
I am AMAZED at how the CVs keep coming up with something better each time, in terms of IshRa romance and intimacy👏👏👏...each tiny detail speaks VOLUMES about their relationship...when the camera panned on them... sleeping like two cute bunnies...I was going mad here...probably ran out of all the awww's I had kept in reserve...they looked so so cute...My! Not a care in the world...and for the first time EVER...They truly looked like a normal, blissfully happy married couple, without the added baggage of sasuraal wale and their gazillion problems...cannot forget this bit...ufff, I feel like I'm going to burst with happiness.
Raman woke up as rays of the sun caressed his handsome face...and watched his sleeping wife serene and safe...he still had his arm over her...😊😊😊
She subconsciously clung to his arm, bringing it closer to her...her eyes remained closed...
He blew some air on her face...few strands of her hair rustled like parched leaves...
She was smiling...even in her sleep...aww...at moments like these I become a COMPLETE GONER.🤪
This consummation scene also gave us a good view of Raman's torso..I'm sure we saw his sleek, bare torso once before...but I was swooning today...almost! Man! Should I say Raman? Or KP? Whatever! But it was sooo HOT! HOT! HOT!😆
And to make our imagination run wilder than it already does, we saw Ishu covering herself in white sheets and making way to the washroom...wow...Raman could only cast appraising glances at her...and so were we!😆😆
Apparently, they were putting up in Room No. 169 :p...sahi hai...ab aur kya bataaun!😆
The driver sent him his bag and the file up to the room...and he got down to work for the meeting that was scheduled in the day...
In the meanwhile, Ishita came out of the bathroom...wet hair...moist lips...and a sexy white bathrobe...and he stopped reading the files and instantly got up...Yaar biwi itni hot ho toh bande ka mann kaam pe kaise lage!! Ishita cut a really pretty, sensuous picture in the bathrobe...had a tough time taking my eyes off her😉...I tell you...YHM will be the death of us someday...we are going to keep hyperventilating every other day now...
And then, for a man who finds it hard to express his innermost feelings, he assured her "Ab hum ek hogaye hain...Koi nahin hai hamare beech.."😊
As usual, they ordered South Indian and Punju breakfasts...everything was going good..except that Ishita chose to hide from her husband the events from the previous night...how Ashok approached her and all...I am kinda doubtful now...Raman doesn't know of it, fair enough. But then how does Ishita remember all of it? I mean, she was drugged right!?? Phir?! Am I missing something here?
Anyway, considering that she remembers ONLY the part before creep took her inside Jhakkar's bedroom, I found it very disconcerting that she didn't tell Raman about it. Of course Raman is gonna beat the crap out of Ashok! And of course it would be the last time Ashok would ever be able to recognize his sleazy face in the mirror...but after they shared every bit of themselves the previous night, I wasn't expecting her to hide something so essential from Raman...
On HIS part, Raman just couldn't keep his hands OFF her! Gale lagana, chipakna! Ufff! It felt like he would pour out ALL his feelings in one single day...
CVs seem to be determined to catch our attention even POST-C and decided to infuse some humour as well...
When breakfast arrived, much like a gentleman he took it from the bellboy and pushed the breakfast trolley inside the room ... breakfast included ALL of Ishita;s favorite dishes...all the South Indian specialties...she was glowing like a thousand neon bulbs lit up together...
"Kha le beta...kal raat ko tune bahut energy waste kar li" he teased her, when she protested she wouldn't be able to eat so much. Wow. I LOVE this!😆😆 The jokes between them are getting personal and intimate...and teasing...wow..main toh cloud 99 pe hun.😆😆
Not only the jokes, we have been re-introduced to a chikna, clean-shaven Raman. After yesterday's ultimate hot act...I think I'm gonna miss his beard and that raw, intense look so so much! Clean-shaven, he looks like a boy. Again. Haaye. Main toh dono taraf se ghayal hun.😆 While he was brushing his hair in the washroom and mulling over last night's performance...he decided to quiz Madrassan on what she thought about it...meaning, Did you like it? If yes, how much?😃
Ishita was anyway falling deeper in love with her husband, feeling lucky that he was caring enough to order all her favorite dishes...as she started eating, he threw open a question from inside the restroom...
"Toh kaise laga tumhen?"
"Ok ok laga...aur better ho sakta tha" Ishita phoole nahin sama rahi thi, thinking her husband was asking about the food.😆
A confused Raman, "Matlab?"
"Matlab isse better"😆
"Accha yeh batao...10 mein se number kitne dogi?"

Raman was flummoxed. Aghast and disrobed of all his masculinity' probably..."Im sorry Ishita...next time bata dena"
"Next time avoid karenge ise"🤣
"Avoid karenge...matlab poori zindagi ka vanvaas" This had me rolling.🤣🤣🤣 KP's expression at this one sent me over the moon. Poor guy, must be thinking What he did to have deserved another interim period before they go at it again😆😆
And then when he came out of the bathroom, he was crabby...didn't eat... Ishita thanked him for the lovely breakfast and he muttered angrily "Thank You ka achaar dalun main! 10 mein se 2 number diye!"
And huffily went away for the meeting. And ALL this while, poor Mrs. Iyer Bhalla was thinking - react toh aise kar rahe hain jaise yeh sambhar unhone khud ne banaya...
KP NAILED IT, LIKE EACH TIME! 2/10 IS AN ABYSMAL SCORE...Poor him...Ishita better clarify what she meant and in which context, nahin toh he might not match up to even a 2 next time!😉
Suraj was yelling at Ashok "Tu Raman ki biwiyon ke peeche kyun pada rehta hai?
"Packaging ki contract Raman ki company ko mil gayi hai..manufacturing ka contract humein milna chahiye" Apparently, they have got to find out about Raman's company's bidding and have decided to quote lower than Raman, so as to get the contract. I wonder who it is who might have done that? Rinky? Nah! How would she find out such technicalities about Raman's company??
In the meeting, Raman and Ashok were eyeing each other like pakke dushman...Raman looked like he would MURDER Khanna...was last night's incident playing on his mind? I couldn't understand...
That creep Param was there too! Didn't that MORON siphon off 15 crores from Raman? Then what is he STILL doing, acting like the Khanna Brothers' personal pet?? Such a loser...I wish Raman thrashed him black and blue one fine day...😡
Ashok was wondering how Raman was so normal..he was expecting to be hit...thrashed black and blue...I was laughing...iss kameene ko bhi pata hai ki isne pitne wala kaam kiya hai...aur dhulai nahin hui toh SHOCK mein chala gaya hai ki use ab tak joote kaise nahin pade?!!😆😃
Suraj and Co. already seem to have found out about the quotation and so, since they had quoted the lowest price, they were awarded the tender...
In the meanwhile, Ishita, who had noted down the venue address by calling at Raman's office, came down to give him the file he had left at the hotel...and through the shutters, she saw Raman shaking hands with Ashok.
I liked Raman's spirit, to be honest...he didn't make a hue and cry about the tender going to Ashok. He seemed calm and composed and someone who believed in the concept of May the best man win'...he didn't seem to divulge ANY of the emotions he was feeling inside... "We have to live with it!" he told his colleague, who was MORE shocked than Raman..
Ashok kameena nazrein chura raha tha Raman se... but the fact that Raman congratulated him good-naturedly was kinda surprising, considering what a creep Ashok had acted the previous evening...even if Bhalla didn't know exactly WHAT Khanna was up to, there was reason enough to burn him to cinders with one of his trademark glares...merely for the fact that he said quite a lot of nasty things about Ishita...and acted like a total perv!
And Ishita saw that through the window...she was reminded of all the sick things Ashok had said about her in the party... "Aise kyun behave kar rahe hain Raman Ashok ke saath" she wondered...
Raman shook hands with Khannas...but not with Param though
"Iski zaroorat nahin padegi...who contract Ashok ko mil chukka hai" he told Ishita when she approached him to hand over the file...
Param was busy leching at a retreating Ishita...I dearly wish this lech PAY for all the shitty things he has ever done! Cant stand seeing him gloating around...and giving slimy looks...😡
There was something remarkable in Ishita's behaviour today...she was annoyed that Raman was behaving so coolly with Ashok...despite the creep having said a whole load of horseshit the previous evening...it affected her deep down..she was riled up, so to speak...
Disturbed, she muttered, "Ashok Khanna..use toh jail mein hona chahiye..uss jaise insaan ko contract kaise mil gaya?"
"Ab aadmi jaise bhi ho..he is a legitimate businessman," Raman offered, while driving the car.
"Mihika ke saath usne kya kiya? Saari ladkiyon ke saath who kya karta hai.." she kept hurling abuses at Ashok.
"That's his personal life...tu toh uske peeche hi pad gayi ho yaar...kuch kehna chahti ho tum mujhse?"
And she had the chance to tell him about last night...but she didn't. WHY God? WHY? But something in the way Raman posed the question to his wife made me wonder if his behaviour during and after the meeting was merely a calm faade for something boiling underneath...I could be wrong, but then in the HISTORY of Khanna and Bhalla fights, its NEVER EVER happened that Raman should be so so cool with Ashok. I mean, days ago, the swine had managed to take advantage of, and play on Raman's emotions...and his impulsive temperament...
Ashok was gloating...Suraj was the only one who suspected Raman's current cool behaviour ...and was concerned whether the outwardly genial behaviour was merely a faade for something sinister and intricate Raman was planning for them! To be honest, I've begun suspecting the same...coz its entirely impossible for Raman to be so suave and polite with the ONE guy he hates to the core...especially, if that man was acting like a complete arsehole with his wife...😕
In stark contrast was Ishita, who was WORRIED WHY Raman was behaving so politely with Ashok. This was a marked change from all the times she has goaded Raman to keep his calm. Different from all the times she didn't even raise her voice, even after the near-molestation she faced during Khanna's bachelor party...and I was surpised! She was actually talking about Ashok deserving to be put behind bars...wow..she IS thinking like a normal wife and a woman now! Quite remarkable! It looked like she felt personally WRONGED with Raman shaking hands with that moron! I quite liked to see the change👏...this gives me hope that she will probably not take it lightly if someone were to now put her down or malign her dignity the way Ashok and Param have tried before. And I LOVED how she thought Raman SHOULD NOT HAVE SHOOK HANDS with that creep...hak jatane lagi hai sahiba😊...of course, she didn't mention it, but it was there..simmering underneath...and will probably come out in the later episodes...
Back in Iyer house, Vandu and Mihika were behaving like they just grazed past their crushes...and he was blinking mad at them...Ishita ko baithne tak nahin diya...the minute she entered, they started demanding all the necessary details of her...
And then Ishita shared with them - ek baat thi. Kal raat ke baare mein kuch baat thi toh mujhe batani thi.
She told the sisters everything...she was visibly disturbed...that Raman didn't even FLINCH at Ashok. Not even once. And was talking politely to, and OF him...
And even Vandu agreed that Ishu did the right thing...by not telling Raman of what Ashok did. But my question is - how does Ishita know WHAT EXACTLY ASHOK DID?
And FINALLY - She set out determined to let a particular someone know that she and Raman were "one" now...that she needed to prove someone wrong... OF COURE THAT SOMEONE IS SHAGUN..
I know what Shagun Maiyya will say - Im happy ki Ishita pe meri kadwi baton ka asar hua. I hope ab Raman aur Ishita ke beech mein koi problem na ho. Pehle hi meri wajah se bahut kuch ho chukka hai, ab aur nahin...baap re! Yeh self-talk main ek aur baar suna toh baal noch lungi apni (meaning, I will tear my hair apart😆)
As for Ishita - she is slowly emerging as a woman...a normal woman...who is more comfortable feeling those countless things prolly every other woman in this world feels...she is more wont to admit her vulnerabilities now than ever...the very fact that she wants to "prove Shagun wrong" is testimony to the same...now heaven help the man/woman who tries to take Raman away from her!
Finally, I see in her eyes that SAME fervour and possessiveness and LOVE for Raman...the way it has always been for Ruhi...😊
No, I dont mean it in a sarcastic sense...I mean it in a sincere way...coz I see how deeply attached she is now, to Raman...and the kind of love she has for him now...the kind that wont let anything/anyone stand between her and her two favorite people...Raman and Ruhi👏
P.S. The precap shows how Raman was only playing around with the creep's mind, making him settle into a false sense of security about not being taken to task for what he did with Ishita...but in reality, Raman had already set Ashok up..and the creep himself confessed to having drugged Iishita and taking her to Jhakkar's bedroom...
Well...Raman would do anything, just about anything to protect his wife...defend her honour...we always knew that...
But it is Ishita who has surprised me MORE after the consummation...while BOTH of them earlier kept clinging on to their own personal grief and insecurities, it was Ishita's vulnerability that opened the lines of clear communication between herself and her husband...and led to Raman letting his guard down with her...their pain, anguish, uncertainty brought out sides of them they didnt know existed within...
And it is Ishita, who has come into her own and metamorphosed into a different person altogether..a side probably SHE didnt know existed in her!
Whoever said, pain introduced man to a different side to himself...wasnt wrong...Pain united them both, separated them at times...and now made them ONE forever and ever😊
