After Raman and Ishita returning home,Ishita visits doctor after knowing their is slight chance for her to get pregnant,but the doctor tells it might be difficult after some results.Ishita bumps into Shagun who talks rude to her and calls her infertile,Wait are you thinking Shagun is back to negativity ?
