Ishita had been running here and there in her home , as today it's the first time she is going for her audition in order to take admission in the top acting schools in Delhi. They say that class 12 is the last step of your school and the first step towards your carreer , and she had admitted the same, but this day which is soo important in her life seems so bad without her best friend, who she loves is nowhere to be seen, he must be sleeping , she thought but then she had been calling from morning , rather from midnight as he says,

"you guys say morning when it is just 4 , and then we had mornings at our place when it is 9 , so according to you 9 will be your afternoon ? right."

"what subbu? Its not like afternoon, but ya 9 is soo late for one to wake up, amma says if u have to achieve something in your life then first rule us "u should sleep at 10 and wake up at 4"

As "Mornings brings soo much energy and sleeping late makes you lazy"

"oh please , it's not like that . and if it is then all those people who sleep late or rather wake up late , they may not be the one who deserves to achieve something please you keep your mythology with you"

She came back from his thoughts and then looked at her table clock which reads 8 in the morning, and she has to be there at sharp 10, and he is still sleeping. Her mind was full on the battle mood today as she was thinking of what to take to kill that sleep of that lazy head, but then her mother's constant rambling from outside made her put a stop on her thoughts as she first chose to go out and have what her mother wants her to do. Her mother was running after her from the time she had taken bath to have her breakfast and then to just prepare herself one last time for the audition, whereas her appa was all the time sitting there on the chair in the living room , reading or rather pretending to read newspaper, side by side watching the duo mother and daughter running marathon in the house, first Ishita followed by her mother , who was reminding her off everything she has to take her with.

Yes amma tell me what I have to do now ? she said as she came from her room and sat on the dining table looking at her mother who was in the kitchen doing her daily chores. Her mother looked at her and then signalled her to have her breakfast which was on the table , and one look at the breakfast and ishita felt like vomiting, it was what she hates to eat but then she had her saviour , her appa who always ate all her drumsticks soup and she pretends to her Amma as if she had ate that. She smiled seeing her Amma looking at her , and smelled and said "Amma its yummy". And her amma was on cloud nine as she mouthed a thank you to her Daughter. Ishita on the other hand looked at her Appa and begged him to come and ate her soup, her father did as she said and came and sat beside her on the dining table and began talking to his daughter , asking her about her preparations regarding the audition she is going for today, meanwhile her Amma went to do her Puja. As her mother went inside the room, her father began eating the soup.

"So what is the problem now? U seemed so disturbed?"

"its, not about me Appa , but it's subbu , he is sleeping till now , when I reminded him yesterday that we have to leave at 9 and he is still not here."

"ishu, don't think this much , you know he will come, then? Don't think too much he will come. "

"Ok! Then let me call him one more time before we leave"

And she went to her room and dialled his number and much to her surprised he picked it up on the very first ring,

"hello", ya I am leaving the house now will be there in next 10 minutes." He said as he knew she must be angry with him.

"Subbu , where were you , I had called you soo many times and you had been sleeping I know, subbu how can you behaved like this when you know we have to be there at my Audition"

"I know and I am ready now , you get ready fast I am coming there ok, bye see you" saying that he hung up the call.

She smiled looking at her phone screen , where she had her and his photo which she had taken on his birthday, although people say that they are just poles apart but then her mind says that "opposite attracts" and that is what they had between them. Keeping her thoughts away and kissing her phone screen one last time , she checked herself in the mirror and took her bag and her script and moved outside only to hear her mother said that

"subbu is here, standing outside her building waiting for her to come as they are already getting late"

"Bye Amma , bye appa , I am leaving now , I will keep you updated about my Audition ok! She said as her mother put a spoon full of yoghurt on her mouth and blessed her, while her father hugged her and blessed her .

She ran quickly out of her building and hugged him , and then they together zoomed out of the place. Her mother prayed to the god for helping her daughter and look after her where she can not be . back in the car, she was just rambling her thoughts about what it would be when everything will be like as she had planned, and he cut her thoughts and told her what he had been keeping away from her.

"Ishu! Wait I will have to tell you about something"

"Ya! What is it tell me?"

"I have got a call from the same college I have given interview for my graduation course, and they, and she cutted him in between and shouted

"and they have selected you" Oh! ,y god subbu I am so happy for you , she said as she hugged him in excitement."

"Thankyou, I am happy as well, He said as he hugged her back and then began driving again."

"so , when are you going there to take admission?"

"At 12"

"u mean after two hours , you mean today?" she asked a bit shocked of his statement.

"yes! Today after 2 hours , at 12 in the afternoon" he cleared her thoughts.

"but subbu , how can you , its my day na? she said a bit disaapointed."

"but ishita , how can I say no to them? You know how important this is to me. I had been waiting for this time to come for soo long."

"Ok! You can go and besides I will be busy with my Audition part , so u can go and have your meetings with them."

"Are you ok with this , he asked as she was disappointed before."

"Yes ofcourse I am happy subbu, why would I have a problem, you go and attend your meeting ok, I will help myself"

"ok , thankyou and all the best" he said as he parked the car and she stepped out as her ausitorium has come.

"Thankyou and all the best to u too, bye" saying that she went inside and he drove off from there."
