About the swelling - speech could be impacted depending on how deep the root was from the removed tooth and how much anesthesia was given. Some speech impairment can be attributed to anesthesia & swelling. I know after getting my wisdom teeth out - I couldn't talk because it hurt a lot and I was really swollen for almost 2 days. It's obvious my surgery was much more extensive than what they showed on the show, but whatever...who said this show stuck with logic anyway? 😆

I think people, including myself, enjoy the sentiment & emotions that were brought to play in the episode. Also, I've just learned to set aside some of my annoyance at illogic on TV when watching the show. I would rather see some positivity spun from illogic than constant crying (also related to illogic like with the child swap). Just my two sense though! 😃

Just sample ws even Romi's fatherhood problem...

if we keep searching for logics for everything..there is no logic over manythings not just its about the show but on other shows itself...or even in many movies but they r still made & people still watch it...

they r always purely made on sentiments or different emotions...made to connect with heart..

Romi's fatherhood problem actually does have some pathophysiologic backing...damage to the pituitary in the brain could cause infertility because of issues with hormone secretion! So with that one, they were sort of right...which was actually kinda of shocking me to! 😆
