You know what... in this whole serial characters are completely out of their zone. In any family the younger child is always given more preference and that child has less adjustment tendencies.
But Ruhi has been shown as a Mahatma, Jr. Ishita which in itself is wrong. Cause till date Ruhi never had a rival for Ishita's love and now whatever be the reason in the current scenario Ishita has chosen Adi. This in itself should shakeup the foundation of their relationship and make Ruhi very insecure; this is not about sharing a toy but loosing a person that you love the most and who is your anchor in think and thin. Any child WILL be insecure even if the most convincing explanations are given.
If I were in Ruhi's place, I would find it extremely difficult to be able to open up my heart to my parents because it would look like Adi's needs would be more important to my parents than mine and no matter what, I would end up being hurt and can be thrown out of the house at any time for Adi's sake. What can be done once can be repeated. Basically I would feel not valued.
I hurt because I care, so I'd rather not care and love. And that is how a child would close itself off.
Now realistically speaking, NO MOTHER will do what Ishita did even if Adi does commit suicide. For the mother her child is the most precious. So I am very disappointed with Ishu's characterization.
CVs have started this insane track, they better come out of it strongly. Else YHM is sure going to loose much much more viewers. This track may not work with the TRP aunties because, most are mothers and couldn't stomach a child being sacrificed like this... unless they are sensitized to Ekta ma's serials :))
