Ofcourse shagun hasnt totally bcom a bikharan, she wud be getting alimony from Raman..isnt it?

also is ur ex supposed to pay a fixed amt as alimony or does it vary in proportion of ur ex's income?

Wat abt Shagun claiming her rights wid Ashok..she was in a live in wid him..cud she hv never claimed anything from him/can she still claim?

any lawyers here on d forum who cud help?

Why? They've been divorced for 7 years! If you still have to pay alimony to your ex after 7 years of divorce, no man in the world would ever get divorced!

dey hv just been divorced for 1.5 year! And btw for how many yrs is alimony paid?

That Raman gave for Adi's expenses as Ashok had stopped giving for Adi.

Alimony to Shagun, question really does not arise as she left him & was with Ashok at the time of divorce.
