Adi himself was looking at Raman n questioning him "Main Jau" during Minky marriage.

It clearly meant that Adi was happy n being used to staying with Bhallas.

Besides Shagun's influence over Adi was destroying Adi's childhood- Accident track, hand burning n medicine overdose incidents. So it was logical of keeping him away from Shagun.

Raman cud have applied for joint custody considering that Adi too loves Shagun but he thought that Adi will be happy in Bhalla house more n wanted to get his son back to him all for himself. CVs failed to show us a scene where Raman confronts Adi what he wants before the custody drama. N even now they r failing us in showing Raman being with Adi in his time of despair.

I dont think Adi is responsible for this mess- its only Shagun acc to me.
