today in the forum i can see many comparing raman ruhi bond with ishita and ruhi... they are complaining about the way ishita reacted and saying raman is all alone and no one cares for him.. but this is natural if its the case of a kid the sympathies are with the mother more than a father though both are parents of the kid. the reaction of the mother and father will also be different. mother's wont be able to bear any small pain to their kids in any case but father's generally will be calm and composed though they feel the pain they wont show it unlike mother's.. its is nature and we need to accept it and not compare it...
many people in the forum were criticising ishu's behaviour towards raman just imagine how would raman if the same mistake was committed by ishita and he has to lose his daughter because of her mistake..

today none of the family pointed raman but will they behave the same if ishita was in raman's in place?? will raman just react the way ishita reacted if she commits the mistake???

i guess this thought will make u realise that ishita's actions were in pain anger and fear of losing her daughter. she is not in mode to understand others be it her husband or any one..

Well said. It is heartrending but raman is to get a taste of his own medicine. What an intense episode. Hope raman understands ishita. Can't wait for the story to unfurl

Ya u r right...
Before reading ur post...even I was feeling bad for Raman...
But now I understand Ishita's situation...
But really fed up with all this crap in the show...
First Raman blaming Ishita for everything'...
Now again Ruhi's custody case...n Ishu blaming Raman...
Where the hell IshRa is in all this??
YHM has truly lost its magic now...
Thinking to stop watching the show for few days...

The point is--Ishita is obsessed with Ruhi and Raman is obsessed with Adi. Period. And their obsessions hurt their spouses badly at times. Just because Raman is a biological father, his obsession is bad and Ishita is a non-biological mother, her obsession is good or natural--this is a ridiculous assumption. And, I won't buy the cliche saying of parental love overpowers everything coz this is not the case here. Parental love is one thing and obsession is completely a different thing. Another funny thing is that many people are now giving "mother's love overpowers wife's love" clause, the same people were suggesting Raman to choose between Ishita and Adi! I guess a father's love doesn't count much since he is a father!

first of all thanks for commenting...

thats so nice of u to share ur personal experience in response to my quote...
today's ishra's scene and from what u wrote in ur post explains the true meaning of the relationship between a husband and wife and mother and father... when one is violent or out of their control the other remains calm and thats what make the relations work and thats the beauty of this relationship..

i agree with ur statement of ishita's obsession with ruhi and raman for adi.. but in the show many times raman chose adi over ruhi and ishita both and ishita nearly always.. for any father or mother it is tough to chose between their kids and raman being a biological father can never do that but he did that at times in the show in the beginning and he himself accepted that he is partial towards adi as he loved him more than ruhi as adi was his first kid and he was born when he was in love with shagun and when he trusted in love.. this shows he was clearly obsessed but ishita was never over obsessed with ruhi.. though she is not the biological mother and i agree she loved ruhi more than adi but she never showed that. she never let adi or anyone feel that she loves ruhi more and never showed her obsession of ruhi.. she equally cared for both of them..
even today in the whole fiasco she just said that she cant live without ruhi but never said a word to shagun or raman or any other family member to chose ruhi over adi.. thats the difference between raman's and ishita's obsession which i found..

coming to wife vs mother love its definite in nature that mother's love will be more and expressed more than love for her husband.. not just mother's that is the case with father's too.. in general a man might not listen for his wife's request but he tends for his kids request of the same thing this simple instance shows that parental love is more than love for spouse be it man or woman the nature is same.. but in mother's case they are over expressive and father's a little composed and calm. that is the difference...
parental love is the reason why raman always chose adi over ishita in the beginning and that is the reason why he married ishita in the show for his daughter. the same is with ishita her parental love for ruhi made her marry a man whom she never loved and never expected loveback from him when she married him.. this shows love for kids is more than for spouses...

I agree with u...if ishita had done a mistake with either of the kids...she would get yelled by everyone n kickeout 😕
but unlike that...raman doesn't get yelled out for his mistake 🤢
