I agree with u...bcoz this type of situation happened in my life too when i hhad health problem and it was major one at that both my parents were in the same situation like ishra and mom was crying profusely but my dad was really very calm and consoling my mom and my sis when i saw that i was surprised that my dad was so calm u know y he was just to give support my mom and sis but i know he was going through the same situation it doesnt mean that my mom dintvunderstand him as she made herself calm to support him as well...it was the same situation in which ishra wete thete and its not that no one cares fr raman...

The point is--Ishita is obsessed with Ruhi and Raman is obsessed with Adi. Period. And their obsessions hurt their spouses badly at times. Just because Raman is a biological father, his obsession is bad and Ishita is a non-biological mother, her obsession is good or natural--this is a ridiculous assumption. And, I won't buy the cliche saying of parental love overpowers everything coz this is not the case here. Parental love is one thing and obsession is completely a different thing. Another funny thing is that many people are now giving "mother's love overpowers wife's love" clause, the same people were suggesting Raman to choose between Ishita and Adi! I guess a father's love doesn't count much since he is a father!
