DT is feeling difficulty in breathing due to smoKe on the set from the wedding havan fire
and she told the unit people to put off but no one listen
and at 22.59 she says again then kp comes & yell at the techs that band kar na (put it off)

KP and his boys gang e.g. Aly n Sangram are frequent smokers, havand kund won't suffocate them.
It's just a concern for a co-star,,,so you chill too.😆
