Tripping and madisaar are an oxymoron, cannot happen

Madisaar is wrapped SNUG around the body, the LOWEST is goes down to is over the ankles
A portion of the NINE YARDS is pulled between the legs and tucked on both sides, over the belly button and back. This saree does not require a under skirt.
Palazzo pants or those loose flowing salwars like worn in Pakistan and middle east can cause falls or I would be worried more about falls if I wore a wedding gown with a 10 feet trail , that runs two feet below the feet, or any other garment that drapes a person from head to toes
In my many decades in this world I haven't heard seen or read about anyone TRIPPING over a madisaar.

Hello everyone.
Caught up the 70 pages I had to. Sorry Nisha if I didn't comment a lot but as I have nothing to say I rather be silent. I am discovering Iyers wedding so I am focused on your descriptions.

Again you're doing a wonderful job with this story. All the emotions, feelings, details are so real. 👏👏👏

@nidhi and @Desi_Us, great reviews,
The whole charm of this story is the way Nisha incorporates little things here and there,seemingly mundane but with which we can connect so easily as we have seen it as part of our lives happen somewhere, like the athai keeping the tote as a pillow and sleeping down or Appa lying perpendicular to II on the bed.

You both have pretty much covered everything minutely. So, agree and ditto to all that. Ditto has been my mantra today.😆

If someone where to view us all from space,they would see:

A crazy group of frezied people of varied age groups, in different parts of the world ,doing different activities but going through common symptoms of sudden bursts of extreme emotions bordering on hysterical at certain predictable periods of time in the day. The cause for this bizzare behaviour strangely being something unreal and non-existent , yet so enticing that they all seem bewitched!😆

Yesterday we had ice and tonight snow . Next week will be high 40's so looking forward to that.
We are still struggling with appetite, little one is not even eating mac &cheese , that kid is driving me nuts by not eating. I have tried everything.
You go enjoy the run and the weather. 70 looks like a distant dream for now😕

Bonsoir Shevane. Je vais bien merci. Et vous ?
Like I wrote as I am discovering a new world I don't have much to say so I keep silent. And it's quite difficult for me as I don't know anything about what is happening (functions, rituals...). Lately I understood I am the only non Indian here (took me some time right ?😆). Or I think so.
